RADIO ANTENNA CORD REMOVAL


  1. REMOVE UPPER INSTRUMENT PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY

  2. REMOVE CENTER INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY (except Radio Receiver Type)


    1. A003TUS

      Disengage the 4 clips and remove the center instrument cluster finish panel sub-assembly.

  3. REMOVE RADIO RECEIVER OPENING COVER WITH BRACKET (w/o Radio Receiver)


    1. A003RXW

      Remove the 4 bolts <K> and remove the radio receiver opening cover with bracket.

  4. REMOVE RADIO RECEIVER WITH BRACKET (for Radio Receiver Type)


    1. A003THF

      Remove the 4 bolts.

    2. A003SIJ

      Pull the radio receiver with bracket toward the rear of the vehicle and disengage the 4 clips.

    3. Disconnect each connector and remove the radio receiver with bracket.

  5. REMOVE RADIO AND DISPLAY RECEIVER WITH BRACKET (for Radio and Display Type)


    1. A003TW7

      Remove the 4 bolts.

    2. Disconnect each connector and remove the radio and display receiver with bracket.

  6. REMOVE ANTENNA CORD SUB-ASSEMBLY (for LHD)


    1. A003SDH

      Disconnect the connector.

    2. A003STUE01

      Disengage the clamp.

    3. A003S4ME01

      Remove the bolt.

    4. Disconnect the connector.

    5. Disengage the 5 clamps and remove the antenna cord sub-assembly.

  7. REMOVE ANTENNA CORD SUB-ASSEMBLY (for RHD)


    1. A003SDH

      Disconnect the connector.

    2. A003STUE01

      Disengage the clamp.

    3. A003UT8E01

      Remove the bolt.

    4. Disconnect the connector.

    5. Disengage the 4 clamps and remove the antenna cord sub-assembly.

  8. REMOVE ROOF HEADLINING ASSEMBLY

  9. REMOVE NO. 2 ANTENNA CORD SUB-ASSEMBLY (for TMC Made)


    1. Remove the adhesive tape so that the No. 2 antenna cord sub-assembly can be removed.

    2. Release the No. 2 antenna cord from the notch of the roof headlining assembly. Remove the No. 2 antenna cord from the roof head lining assembly.

  10. REMOVE NO. 2 ANTENNA CORD SUB-ASSEMBLY (for TMUK, TMMT Made)


    1. Remove the adhesive tape so that the No. 2 antenna cord sub-assembly can be removed.

    2. Release the No. 2 antenna cord from the notch of the roof headlining assembly. Remove the No. 2 antenna cord from the roof head lining assembly.
