FRONT BUMPER REASSEMBLY


  1. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER REINFORCEMENT SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A003U1U

      Install the front bumper reinforcement sub-assembly with the 8 bolts.

      Torque:
      50 N*m  { 510 kgf*cm, 37 ft.*lbf }
    2. A003TK1

      Engage the 3 clamps.

  2. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER ENERGY ABSORBER


    1. A003RGW

      Engage the 3 guides and install the front bumper energy absorber to the front bumper reinforcement sub-assembly.

  3. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER SIDE RETAINER LH


    1. Engage the claw and install the front bumper side retainer LH.

    2. A003UJE

      Install the bolt.

  4. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER SIDE RETAINER RH

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

  5. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER LH

  6. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER RH

  7. INSTALL FRONT SPOILER LH


    1. A003UV9

      Engage the claw to connect the front spoiler LH to the front spoiler RH.

  8. INSTALL FRONT SPOILER


    1. A003RVS

      Engage the 8 claws and install the front spoiler.

    2. A003TRR

      Install the 3 screws and 2 clips.

  9. INSTALL LOWER RADIATOR GRILLE


    1. A003UA8

      Engage the 19 claws and install the lower radiator grille.

  10. INSTALL RADIATOR GRILLE MOULDING


    1. A003SYB

      Engage the 2 guides and 12 claws, and install the radiator grille moulding as shown in the illustration.

  11. INSTALL FRONT PANEL EMBLEM ORNAMENT PLATE


    1. A003S5O

      Engage the guide and 2 claws, and install the front panel emblem ornament plate as shown in the illustration.

  12. INSTALL INNER RADIATOR GRILLE


    1. A003S8U

      Engage the 23 claws.

    2. A003S0N

      Install the 6 clips and install the inner radiator grille.

  13. INSTALL FRONT PANEL EMBLEM SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A003UD0

      Engage the guide and 3 claws, and install the front panel emblem sub-assembly grille as shown in the illustration.

  14. INSTALL FRONT HOOD TO END PANEL SEAL


    1. Wipe off any tape adhesive residue with cleaner.

    2. Remove the release paper from a new front hood to end panel seal.

      Install the new front hood to end panel seal.

      Install the 3 clips.

  15. INSTALL FOG LIGHT COVER LH


    1. A003SA0

      Engage the 4 claws and install the fog light cover LH.

  16. INSTALL FOG LIGHT COVER RH

    Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

  17. INSTALL DAYTIME RUNNING LIGHT ASSEMBLY LH


    1. Engage the pin.

    2. Install the daytime running light assembly with the 2 screws.

  18. INSTALL DAYTIME RUNNING LIGHT ASSEMBLY RH

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

  19. INSTALL FOG LIGHT ASSEMBLY LH


    1. Remove the screw.

    2. Disengage the 2 guides and remove the fog light assembly.

  20. INSTALL FOG LIGHT ASSEMBLY RH

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

  21. INSTALL HEADLIGHT CLEANER HOSE (w/ Headlight Cleaner System)


    1. A003SW7

      Engage the 5 clamps and install the headlight cleaner hose.

  22. INSTALL HEADLIGHT WASHER ACTUATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY LH (w/ Headlight Cleaner System)


    1. Install the headlight washer actuator sub-assembly with the 2 screws.

    2. Connect the headlight washer hose.

  23. INSTALL HEADLIGHT WASHER ACTUATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY RH (w/ Headlight Cleaner System)

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

  24. INSTALL HEADLIGHT WASHER COVER LH (w/ Headlight Cleaner System)


    1. Engage the 2 claws to install the headlight washer cover.

  25. INSTALL HEADLIGHT WASHER COVER RH (w/ Headlight Cleaner System)
