FRONT BUMPER DISASSEMBLY


  1. REMOVE HEADLIGHT WASHER COVER LH (w/ Headlight Cleaner System)


    1. Disconnect the headlight washer hose.

    2. A003S3Z

      Extend the headlight washer cover.

    3. Disengage the 2 claws and remove the headlight washer cover.

  2. REMOVE HEADLIGHT WASHER COVER RH (w/ Headlight Cleaner System)

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

  3. REMOVE HEADLIGHT WASHER ACTUATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY LH (w/ Headlight Cleaner System)

      Remove the 2 screws and headlight washer actuator sub-assembly.

  4. REMOVE HEADLIGHT WASHER ACTUATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY RH (w/ Headlight Cleaner System)

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

  5. REMOVE HEADLIGHT CLEANER HOSE (w/ Headlight Cleaner System)

      Disengage the 5 clamps and remove the headlight cleaner hose.

  6. REMOVE FOG LIGHT ASSEMBLY LH


    1. A003UW4

      Remove the screw.

    2. Disengage the 2 guides and remove the fog light assembly.

  7. REMOVE FOG LIGHT ASSEMBLY RH

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

  8. REMOVE FOG LIGHT COVER LH

      Disengage the 4 claws and remove the fog light cover LH.

  9. REMOVE FOG LIGHT COVER RH

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

  10. REMOVE DAYTIME RUNNING LIGHT ASSEMBLY LH

      Remove the 2 screws.

    2. Disengage the pin and remove the daytime running light assembly.

  12. REMOVE FRONT HOOD TO END PANEL SEAL

      Remove the 3 clips.

      *1 Double-sided Tape

      Remove the front hood to end panel seal.

  13. REMOVE INNER RADIATOR GRILLE


    1. A003S0N

      Remove the 6 clips.

    2. A003S8U

      Disengage the 23 claws and remove the inner radiator grille.

  14. REMOVE FRONT PANEL EMBLEM SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A003SOX

      Disengage the 3 claws and guide, and remove the front panel emblem sub-assembly as shown in the illustration.

  15. REMOVE FRONT PANEL EMBLEM ORNAMENT PLATE


    1. A003UYQ

      Disengage the 2 claws and guide, and remove the front panel emblem ornament plate as shown in the illustration.

  16. REMOVE RADIATOR GRILLE MOULDING


    1. A003SYB

      Disengage the 12 claws and 2 guides, and remove the radiator grille moulding.

  17. REMOVE LOWER RADIATOR GRILLE

      Disengage the 19 claws and remove the lower radiator grille.

  18. REMOVE FRONT SPOILER


    1. A003TRR

      Remove the 2 clips and 3 screws.

    2. A003RVS

      Disengage the 8 claws and remove the front spoiler.

  19. REMOVE FRONT SPOILER LH


    1. A003UV9

      Disengage the claw to disconnect the front spoiler LH from the front spoiler RH.

  20. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER LH

  21. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER RH

  22. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER SIDE RETAINER LH


    1. A003UJE

      Remove the bolt.

    2. Disengage the claw and remove the front bumper side retainer LH.

  23. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER SIDE RETAINER RH

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

  24. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER ENERGY ABSORBER


    1. A003RGW

      Disengage the 3 guides and remove the front bumper energy absorber from the front bumper reinforcement sub-assembly.

  25. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER REINFORCEMENT SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A003TK1

      Disengage the 3 clamps.

    2. A003U1U

      Remove the 8 bolts and front bumper reinforcement sub-assembly.
