WIPER ECU INSTALLATION


  1. INSTALL WINDSHIELD WIPER RELAY ASSEMBLY (for LHD)


    1. Engage the 2 claws to install the windshield wiper assembly.

  2. INSTALL WINDSHIELD WIPER RELAY ASSEMBLY (for RHD)


    1. A003SBP

      Install the windshield wiper relay assembly with the bolt.

    2. Connect the connector.

  3. INSTALL ECU INTEGRATION BOX (for LHD)


    1. Connect each connector.

    2. Install the ECU integration box with the 2 nuts and bolt.

      Torque:
      Nut
      7.5 N*m  { 77 kgf*cm, 66 in.*lbf }
      Bolt
      12 N*m  { 122 kgf*cm, 9 ft.*lbf }

    3. Engage the 2 clamps.

  4. INSTALL NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL UNDER COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY (for LHD)


    1. Engage the guide.

    2. Engage the 3 claws and install the instrument panel No. 2 instrument panel under cover sub-assembly.

  5. INSTALL GLOVE COMPARTMENT DOOR ASSEMBLY (for LHD)

      Insert the glove compartment door assembly horizontally and engage the 2 hinges.

      Note

      Engaging the hinges from the top will deform the hinges. Be sure to install the glove compartment door assembly horizontally.

      *2 Glove Compartment Door Stopper

      Bend portions (A) and (B) in the direction indicated by the arrows in the illustration to engage the 2 stoppers.

    3. Engage the claw, connect the glove compartment door stopper, and install the glove compartment door assembly.

  6. INSTALL FUSE BOX OPENING COVER (for RHD)


    1. Connect each connector.

    2. Engage the 4 claws and 4 clips, to install the fuse box opening cover.

  7. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL (for LHD)

    When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected Click here.
