HEADLIGHT CLEANER MOTOR REMOVAL


  1. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER ASSEMBLY

      *1 Protective Tape

      Put protective tape around the front bumper assembly.

      Tech Tips

      Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

    2. A003RVRE01

      Using a screwdriver, turn the pin 90 degrees and remove the pin hold clip.

      Tech Tips

      Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

      Remove the clip.

      Tech Tips

      Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

    4. A003T9S

      Remove the 4 bolts and 3 clips.

    5. A003TD1

      Remove the 6 screws.

    6. A003RJX

      Disengage the 6 claws and remove the front bumper assembly as shown in the illustration.

    7. Disconnect the 2 fog light connectors.

    8. w/ Headlight Cleaner System:


      1. Drain washer fluid Click here.

  2. DRAIN WASHER FLUID


    1. A003ROZ

      Disconnect the washer hose from the headlight cleaner washer motor and pump assembly, and drain the washer fluid.

  3. REMOVE HEADLIGHT CLEANER WASHER MOTOR AND PUMP ASSEMBLY

      Disconnect the connector.

    2. Remove the headlight cleaner washer motor and pump assembly.
