HEADLIGHT CLEANER ACTUATOR REMOVAL


  1. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER ASSEMBLY

      *1 Protective Tape

      Put protective tape around the front bumper assembly.

      Tech Tips

      Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

    2. A003RVRE01

      Using a screwdriver, turn the pin 90 degrees and remove the pin hold clip.

      Tech Tips

      Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

      Remove the clip.

      Tech Tips

      Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

      Remove the 4 bolts and 3 clips.

    5. A003TD1

      Remove the 6 screws.

    6. A003RJX

      Disengage the 6 claws and remove the front bumper assembly as shown in the illustration.

    7. Disconnect the 2 fog light connectors.

    8. w/ Headlight Cleaner System:


      1. Drain washer fluid Click here.

  2. REMOVE HEADLIGHT WASHER COVER


    1. Disconnect the headlight washer hose.

      Extend the headlight washer cover.

    3. Disengage the 2 claws and remove the headlight washer cover.

  3. REMOVE HEADLIGHT WASHER ACTUATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Remove the 2 screws and headlight washer actuator sub-assembly.
