FRONT WIPER MOTOR REMOVAL


  1. REMOVE FRONT WIPER ARM HEAD CAP

      Remove the 2 windshield wiper arm head caps.

  2. REMOVE FRONT WIPER ARM AND BLADE ASSEMBLY LH


    1. A003TQG

      Remove the nut and the front wiper arm and blade assembly LH.

  3. REMOVE FRONT WIPER ARM AND BLADE ASSEMBLY RH


    1. A003RXR

      Remove the nut and the front wiper arm and blade assembly RH.

  4. REMOVE HOOD TO COWL TOP SEAL


    1. A003TQW

      Disengage the 7 clips and remove the hood to cowl top seal.

  5. REMOVE COWL TOP VENTILATOR LOUVER RH


    1. A003SU6

      Disengage the clip and 11 claws, and remove the cowl top ventilator louver RH.

  6. REMOVE COWL TOP VENTILATOR LOUVER LH


    1. A003U2Z

      Disengage the clip and 6 claws, and remove the cowl top ventilator louver LH.

  7. REMOVE WINDSHIELD WIPER MOTOR AND LINK ASSEMBLY


    1. A003TL8

      Disconnect the connector.

    2. A003RG0E01

      Remove the 2 bolts and the windshield wiper motor and link assembly.

  8. REMOVE FRONT WIPER CRANK SUB-ASSEMBLY

      *1 Protective Tape

      Using a screwdriver with its tip taped, disconnect the rod of the windshield wiper link assembly from the crank arm pivot of the front wiper crank sub-assembly as shown in the illustration.

    2. A003TK2

      Remove the nut and front wiper crank sub-assembly from the windshield wiper motor assembly.

  9. REMOVE WINDSHIELD WIPER MOTOR ASSEMBLY


    1. A003RWY

      Disconnect the connector.

    2. Remove the 3 bolts and windshield wiper motor assembly.

  10. REMOVE WIPER MOTOR WIRE


    1. A003SAFE01

      *1 Clamp

      Cut the 2 clamps to remove them.

    2. Disengage the connector clamp.

    3. Remove the wiper motor wire.
