REAR POWER WINDOW SWITCH INSPECTION


  1. INSPECT REAR POWER WINDOW REGULATOR SWITCH ASSEMBLY (for Rear LH)


    1. Check that the switch functions.

        Component without harness connected

        (Power Window Regulator Master Switch Assembly (for Rear LH Side))

        Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

        Standard Resistance
        Tester Connection Switch Condition Specified Condition
        6 (UP) - 1 (GND) Up / Auto up operation Below 1 Ω
        7 (DOWN) - 1 (GND) Down / Auto down operation Below 1 Ω
        8 (AUTO) - 1 (GND) Auto up / down operation Below 1 Ω

        If the result is not as specified, replace the power window regulator switch assembly (for rear LH side).

    2. Check that the LED illuminates.

        (Power Window Regulator Master Switch Assembly (for Rear LH Side))

        Apply battery voltage to the power window regulator switch assembly (for rear LH side) and check that the LED illuminates.

        OK
        Measurement Condition Specified Condition

        Battery positive (+) → Terminal 4 (LED)

        Battery negative (-) → Terminal 1 (GND)

        		 LED illuminates

        If the result is not as specified, replace the power window regulator switch assembly (for rear LH side).

  2. INSPECT REAR POWER WINDOW REGULATOR SWITCH ASSEMBLY (for Rear RH)


    1. Check that the switch functions.
