REAR SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY INSTALLATION


  1. INSTALL REAR SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY


    1. Install the rear seat outer belt assembly with the nut.

      Torque:
      41 N*m  { 420 kgf*cm, 30 ft.*lbf }

      Install the rear seat outer belt assembly with the bolt.

      Torque:
      41 N*m  { 420 kgf*cm, 30 ft.*lbf }

      Note

      Do not allow the anchor part of the rear seat outer belt assembly to overlap protruding parts of the floor panel.

  2. INSTALL SIDE DECK TRIM PANEL ASSEMBLY LH


    1. Engage the 2 claws and 4 clips, and install the side deck trim panel assembly LH.

      Note

      After installation, make sure that the back door weatherstrip does not interfere with the side deck trim panel assembly LH.

  3. INSTALL NO. 2 ROOM LIGHT ASSEMBLY


    1. A003ROB

      Connect the connector.

    2. Engage the claw and install the No. 2 room light assembly.

  4. INSTALL REAR SEAT SIDE GARNISH LH


    1. Engage the 6 claws and 2 clips, and install the rear seat side garnish LH.

  5. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK HINGE SUB-ASSEMBLY LH


    1. Install the rear seatback hinge sub-assembly with the bolt.

      Torque:
      18 N*m  { 185 kgf*cm, 13 ft.*lbf }

  6. INSTALL REAR DECK TRIM COVER


    1. Engage the 10 claws and install the rear deck trim cover.

      Note

      After installation, make sure that the back door weatherstrip does not interfere with the rear deck trim cover.

  7. INSTALL REAR NO. 1 FLOOR BOARD


    1. Engage the 2 claws, 2 clips and 3 guides.

    2. Install the rear No. 1 floor board with the bolt.

  8. INSTALL NO. 6 BATTERY CARRIER PANEL

      *a Installation position guide

      Using the installation position guide shown in the illustration as a base, attach a new No. 6 battery carrier panel to the rear No. 1 floor board.

      Install the No. 6 battery carrier panel as shown in the illustration.

  9. INSTALL DECK BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. Engage the 3 claws and 3 clips to install the deck board sub-assembly.

  10. INSTALL DECK FLOOR BOX LH


    1. Engage the 3 guides to install the deck floor box LH.

  11. INSTALL REAR DECK FLOOR BOX


    1. Install the rear deck floor box.

  12. INSTALL REAR FLOOR MAT


    1. Install the rear floor mat.

  13. INSTALL PACKAGE TRAY TRIM PANEL ASSEMBLY


    1. Engage the 2 pins.

    2. Connect the 2 suspenders and install the package tray trim panel assembly.

  14. INSTALL REAR DOOR OPENING TRIM WEATHERSTRIP LH

      *1 Alignment Mark (Yellow)

      Align the alignment mark (yellow) on the weatherstrip with the protruding portion on the body indicated by the arrow in the illustration, and install the rear door opening trim weatherstrip LH.

      Note

      After installation, check that the corners fit correctly.

  15. INSTALL REAR DOOR SCUFF PLATE LH


    1. Engage the 8 claws and install the rear door scuff plate LH.

  16. INSTALL REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY LH
