REAR SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY INSTALLATION


  1. INSTALL REAR SEAT CENTER OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY


    1. Pass the rear seat belt floor anchors through the back panel.

    2. Install the rear seat center outer belt assembly with the nut.

      Torque:
      42 N*m  { 428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf }

  2. INSTALL SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEATBACK COVER


    1. A003RHOE02

      Using hog ring pliers, install 10 new hog rings.

      Note


      • Be careful not to damage the cover.

      • When installing the hog rings, take care to minimize wrinkles as much as possible.

    2. A003TH0E02

      Using hog ring pliers, install the separate type rear seatback cover with 8 new hog rings.

      Note


      • Be careful not to damage the cover.

      • When installing the hog rings, take care to minimize wrinkles as much as possible.

  3. INSTALL REAR SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT


    1. Temporarily install the separate type rear seatback cover with pad to the rear seatback frame RH.

    2. A003TEQ

      Engage the 4 claws and install the 2 rear seat headrest supports.

  4. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK BOARD CARPET ASSEMBLY RH


    1. Temporarily install the rear seatback board carpet assembly RH to the rear seatback frame sub-assembly RH.

    2. A003SOP

      Engage the hooks and install the rear seatback board carpet assembly RH.

  5. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK COVER


    1. A003S1V

      Engage the 4 claws and install the rear seatback cover.

  6. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK LOCK COVER RH


    1. A003S4Q

      Install the rear seatback lock cover RH with the 2 screws.

  7. INSTALL REAR SEAT SHOULDER BELT COVER


    1. A003SLPE01

      Move the rear seat shoulder belt cover in the direction indicated by arrow (1) in the illustration to engage the 2 claws.

    2. Move the rear seat shoulder belt cover in the direction indicated by arrow (2) in the illustration to engage the 2 claws and install the cover.

  8. INSTALL SEAT BELT ANCHOR COVER CAP

      Engage the 2 claws and install the seat belt anchor cover cap.

  9. INSTALL REAR SEAT LOCK CONTROL LEVER WITH BASE


    1. A003TSX

      Engage the 3 claws and temporarily install the rear seat lock control lever with base.

    2. Install the 2 screws and the rear seat lock control lever with base.

      Torque:
      2.0 N*m  { 20 kgf*cm, 17 in.*lbf }

  10. INSTALL REAR SEAT CENTER ARMREST ASSEMBLY


    1. A003T24

      Install the bush to the separate type rear seatback assembly RH.

      Insert the pin into the rear seatback and temporarily install the rear seat center armrest assembly.

    3. A003RQ7

      Install the center armrest hinge cover as shown in the illustration.

    4. Install the rear seat center armrest assembly with the bolt and the bush.

      Torque:
      6.0 N*m  { 61 kgf*cm, 53 in.*lbf }

  11. INSTALL REAR SEAT ARMREST CAP


    1. A003TIU

      Engage the 3 claws and install the rear seat armrest cap.

  12. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK ASSEMBLY RH


    1. A003UR4

      Using a T45 "TORX" socket, tighten the 2 "TORX" bolts and install the rear seatback assembly RH.

      Torque:
      25 N*m  { 255 kgf*cm, 18 ft.*lbf }

  13. INSTALL REAR SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY RH

      Install the rear seat center outer belt assembly, rear seat inner belt assembly RH, and washer with the bolt.

      Torque:
      41 N*m  { 420 kgf*cm, 30 ft.*lbf }

      Note

      Do not allow the anchor part of the rear seat inner belt assembly to overlap protruding parts of the floor panel.

  14. INSTALL REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY RH


    1. Place the rear seat assembly RH in the cabin.

      Note

      Be careful not to damage the vehicle body.

    2. Install the rear side of the rear seat assembly RH with the 2 bolts.

      Torque:
      37 N*m  { 377 kgf*cm, 27 ft.*lbf }

    3. Install the front side of the rear seat assembly RH with the 2 bolts.

      Torque:
      37 N*m  { 377 kgf*cm, 27 ft.*lbf }

  15. INSTALL NO. 1 REAR SEAT CUSHION HINGE COVER RH


    1. Engage the 4 claws and install the No. 1 rear seat cushion hinge cover.

  16. INSTALL NO. 2 REAR SEAT CUSHION HINGE COVER RH


    1. Engage the 4 claws and install the No. 2 rear seat cushion hinge cover.

  17. INSTALL CENTER REAR SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY

  18. INSTALL REAR SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY

  19. INSTALL REAR SEAT INNER WITH CENTER BELT ASSEMBLY LH

      Install the rear seat inner with center belt assembly LH with the bolt.

      Torque:
      41 N*m  { 420 kgf*cm, 30 ft.*lbf }

      Note

  20. INSTALL REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY LH


    1. Install the rear seat assembly LH with the 2 bolts.

      Torque:
      37 N*m  { 377 kgf*cm, 27 ft.*lbf }

  21. INSTALL NO. 1 REAR SEAT CUSHION HINGE COVER LH


    1. Engage the 4 claws and install the No. 1 rear seat cushion hinge cover.

  22. INSTALL NO. 2 REAR SEAT CUSHION HINGE COVER LH


    1. Engage the 4 claws and install the No. 2 rear seat cushion hinge cover.
