REAR SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY REMOVAL


  1. REMOVE NO. 1 REAR SEAT CUSHION HINGE COVER LH

      Disengage the 4 claws and remove the No. 1 rear seat cushion hinge cover.

  2. REMOVE NO. 2 REAR SEAT CUSHION HINGE COVER LH

      Disengage the 4 claws and remove the No. 2 rear seat cushion hinge cover.

  3. DISCONNECT REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY LH

      Remove the 2 bolts.

    2. A003UCL

      Disengage the rear seat assembly as shown in the illustration.

  4. REMOVE REAR SEAT INNER WITH CENTER BELT ASSEMBLY LH


    1. A003RHX

      Remove the bolt and rear seat inner with center belt assembly.

  5. REMOVE REAR SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY

  6. REMOVE CENTER REAR SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY

  7. REMOVE NO. 1 REAR SEAT CUSHION HINGE COVER RH

      Disengage the 4 claws and remove the No. 1 rear seat cushion hinge cover.

  8. REMOVE NO. 2 REAR SEAT CUSHION HINGE COVER RH

      Disengage the 4 claws and remove the No. 2 rear seat cushion hinge cover.

  9. REMOVE REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY RH

      Remove the 2 bolts on the front side of the rear seat assembly RH.

    2. A003T67

      Recline the rear seat assembly RH forward to remove the 2 bolts on the rear side and the rear seat assembly RH.

      Note

      Be careful not to damage the vehicle body.

  10. REMOVE REAR SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY RH

      Remove the bolt and disconnect the rear seat center outer belt assembly with inner belt.

    2. A003S8L

      Remove the washer and rear seat inner belt assembly RH from the rear seat inner belt.

  11. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK ASSEMBLY RH


    1. A003UR4

      Using a T45 "TORX" socket, remove the 2 "TORX" bolts, bush, and the rear seatback assembly RH.

  12. REMOVE REAR SEAT ARMREST CAP

      *1 Protective Tape

      Using a screwdriver wrapped with protective tape, remove the rear seat armrest cap as shown in the illustration.

  13. REMOVE REAR SEAT CENTER ARMREST ASSEMBLY

      Remove the bolt and the bush.

    2. Remove the center armrest hinge cover as shown in the illustration.

      Separate the pin and remove the rear seat center armrest assembly.

      Remove the bush.

  14. REMOVE REAR SEAT LOCK CONTROL LEVER WITH BASE

      Remove the 2 screws.

    2. Disengage the 3 claws and remove the rear seat lock control lever with base.

  15. REMOVE SEAT BELT ANCHOR COVER CAP

      Disengage the 2 claws and remove the seat belt anchor cover cap.

  16. REMOVE REAR SEAT SHOULDER BELT COVER

      Move the rear seat shoulder belt cover in the direction indicated by arrow (1) in the installation to disengage the 2 claws.

    2. Move the rear seat shoulder belt cover in the direction indicated by arrow (2) in the illustration to disengage the 2 claws and remove the cover.

  17. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK LOCK COVER RH

      Remove the 2 screws and the rear seatback lock cover RH.

  18. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK COVER

      Disengage the 4 claws and remove the rear seatback cover.

  19. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK BOARD CARPET ASSEMBLY RH

      Disengage the hooks and remove the rear seatback board carpet assembly RH.

  20. REMOVE REAR SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT

      Disengage the 4 claws and remove the 2 rear seat headrest supports.

  21. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEATBACK COVER

      Remove the 8 hog rings and the separate type rear seatback cover with pad.

    2. A003TZFE02

      Remove the 10 hog rings and the separate type rear seatback cover.

  22. REMOVE REAR SEAT CENTER OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY

      Remove the nut and rear seat center outer belt assembly.
