FRONT SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY INSTALLATION


  1. INSTALL FRONT SHOULDER BELT ANCHOR ADJUSTER ASSEMBLY


    1. Engage the adjuster positioning hole with the claw and install the front shoulder belt anchor adjuster assembly with the 2 bolts.

      Torque:
      41 N*m  { 420 kgf*cm, 30 ft.*lbf }

  2. INSTALL FRONT SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY

    Note

    Do not disassemble the retractor.


    1. A003SEVE01

      Install the front seat outer belt assembly with the 2 bolts.

      Torque:
      Bolt A
      5.0 N*m  { 51 kgf*cm, 44 in.*lbf }
      Bolt B
      41 N*m  { 420 kgf*cm, 30 ft.*lbf }
    2. A003TJW

      Connect the pretensioner connector as shown in the illustration.

    3. Install the seat belt shoulder anchor with the bolt.

      Torque:
      41 N*m  { 420 kgf*cm, 30 ft.*lbf }

  3. INSTALL UPPER CENTER PILLAR GARNISH LH


    1. A003RWV

      Engage the clip.

    2. Install the upper center pillar garnish LH with the 2 screws.

  4. INSTALL LOWER CENTER PILLAR GARNISH LH


    1. A003SQY

      Engage the 4 claws and 2 clips, then install the lower center pillar garnish LH.

  5. CONNECT FRONT SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY


    1. Install the floor end of the front seat outer belt assembly LH with the bolt.

      Torque:
      41 N*m  { 420 kgf*cm, 30 ft.*lbf }

  6. INSTALL LAP BELT OUTER ANCHOR COVER


    1. Engage the 3 claws and install the lap belt outer anchor cover.

  7. INSTALL REAR DOOR OPENING TRIM WEATHERSTRIP LH

      *1 Alignment Mark (Yellow)

      Align the alignment mark (yellow) on the weatherstrip with the protruding portion on the body indicated by the arrow in the illustration, and install the rear door opening trim weatherstrip LH.

      Note

      After installation, check that the corners fit correctly.

  8. INSTALL FRONT DOOR OPENING TRIM WEATHERSTRIP LH

      *1 Alignment Mark (Pink)

      Align the alignment mark (pink) on the weatherstrip with the protruding portion on the body indicated by the arrow in the illustration, and install the front door opening trim weatherstrip LH.

      Note

      After installation, check that the corners fit correctly.

  9. INSTALL REAR DOOR SCUFF PLATE LH


    1. Engage the 8 claws and install the rear door scuff plate LH.

  10. INSTALL FRONT DOOR SCUFF PLATE LH


    1. Engage the 10 claws, then install the front door scuff plate LH.

  11. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

    Note

    When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected Click here.

  12. INSTALL BATTERY BOX COVER


    1. Engage the 3 guides to install the battery box cover.

  13. INSTALL REAR DECK FLOOR BOX


    1. Install the rear deck floor box.

  14. INSTALL REAR FLOOR MAT


    1. Install the rear floor mat.

  15. INSPECT SRS WARNING LIGHT
