REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY (for LH Side) REASSEMBLY


  1. INSTALL SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEAT CUSHION COVER


    1. A003TAVE02

      Using hog ring pliers, install the separate type rear seat cushion cover with 6 new hog rings.

      Note


      • Be careful not to damage the cover.

      • When installing the hog rings, take care to minimize wrinkles as much as possible.

    2. A003TML

      Engage the hooks and install the separate type rear seat cushion cover with pad.

  2. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK LOCK ASSEMBLY LH


    1. A003TNB

      Install the rear seatback lock assembly LH with the 4 bolts.

      Torque:
      30 N*m  { 306 kgf*cm, 22 ft.*lbf }

  3. INSTALL SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEATBACK COVER


    1. A003U9UE02

      Using hog ring pliers, install the separate type rear seatback cover with 10 new hog rings.

      Note


      • Be careful not to damage the cover.

      • When installing the hog rings, take care to minimize wrinkles as much as possible.

  4. INSTALL REAR SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT


    1. Temporarily install the separate type rear seatback cover with pad to the rear seatback frame sub-assembly LH.

    2. A003TR8

      Engage the 4 claws and install the 2 rear seat headrest supports.

  5. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK BOARD CARPET ASSEMBLY LH


    1. Temporarily install the rear seatback board carpet assembly LH to the rear seatback frame sub-assembly LH.

    2. A003RSP

      Engage the hooks and install the rear seatback board carpet assembly LH.

  6. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK COVER


    1. A003T9D

      Engage the 4 claws and install the rear seatback cover.

  7. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK LOCK COVER LH


    1. A003UDK

      Install the rear seatback lock cover LH with the 2 screws.

  8. INSTALL REAR SEAT LOCK BASE


    1. A003SSN

      Engage the 3 claws and install the rear seat lock base.

  9. INSTALL NO. 1 REAR SEAT LOCK CONTROL LEVER


    1. A003TMJ

      Install the No. 1 rear seat lock control lever as shown in the illustration.

  10. INSTALL REAR SEAT LOCK CONTROL LEVER WITH BASE


    1. A003T4L

      Engage the 3 claws and temporarily install the rear seat lock control lever with base.

    2. Install the rear seat lock control lever with base with the 2 screws.

      Torque:
      2.0 N*m  { 20 kgf*cm, 18 in.*lbf }

  11. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK ASSEMBLY LH


    1. A003TGY

      Using a T45 "TORX" socket, tighten the 2 "TORX" bolts and install the rear seatback assembly LH.

      Torque:
      25 N*m  { 255 kgf*cm, 18 ft.*lbf }
