FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY REASSEMBLY


  1. INSTALL FRONT SEAT LOWER CUSHION SHIELD LH


    1. A003U2X

      Install the screw and the front seat lower cushion shield LH.

  2. INSTALL FRONT SEAT LOWER CUSHION SHIELD RH


    1. A003SZI

      Install the screw and the front seat lower cushion shield RH.

  3. INSTALL SEAT TRACK UPPER RAIL COVER RH


    1. A003S0L

      Engage the 4 claws and install the seat track upper rail cover RH.

  4. INSTALL SEAT TRACK UPPER RAIL COVER LH


    1. A003RJV

      Engage the 4 claws and install the seat track upper rail cover LH.

  5. INSTALL FRONT SEATBACK HEATER ASSEMBLY (w/ Seat Heater System)


    1. A003TL0E02

      Using a tacker, install the front seatback heater assembly to the end of the seat cover with 4 new tag pins.

  6. INSTALL SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEATBACK COVER


    1. A003U2LE03

      Using hog ring pliers, install the separate type front seatback cover with 8 new hog rings.

      Note


      • Be careful not to damage the cover.

      • When installing the hog rings, take care to minimize wrinkles as much as possible.

  7. INSTALL FRONT SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD


    1. Temporarily install the front seatback cover with pad to the front seat frame assembly with adjuster.

    2. A003TAX

      Engage the 2 claws and install the 2 front seat headrest supports.

      *1 Bracket

      w/ Front Seat Side Airbag:

      Install the front seatback cover bracket with the screw.

      Torque:
      6.0 N*m  { 61 kgf*cm, 53 in.*lbf }

      Note


      • For vehicles with side airbags, the side airbags may not be activated normally unless the front seatback cover is securely installed.

      • Check that the strap is not twisted after installing the bracket.

      • Install the bracket securely.

  8. INSTALL FRONT SEAT CUSHION HEATER ASSEMBLY (w/ Seat Heater System)

      Using a tacker, install the front seat cushion heater assembly to the end of the seat cover with 8 new tag pins.

  9. INSTALL SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEAT CUSHION COVER


    1. A003T40

      Engage the 9 claws and install the separate type front seat cushion cover.

      Note

      Be careful not to damage the cover.

  10. INSTALL FRONT SEAT CUSHION COVER WITH PAD


    1. Temporarily install the front seat cushion cover with pad to the front seat frame assembly with adjuster.

    2. A003SMI

      install the hook.

    3. A003T3Y

      Engage the hooks.

    4. w/ Seat Heater System:


      1. Connect the connector.

      2. Engage the 2 clamps.

      for Passenger Side:

      Connect the belt warning occupant detection sensor.

      Engage the hooks.

  11. INSTALL FRONT SEAT CUSHION INNER SHIELD


    1. A003SIAE02

      Engage the 2 guides.

    2. Install the front seat cushion inner shield with the 2 screws.

  12. INSTALL FRONT SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY

      Install the front seat inner belt assembly with the nut.

      Torque:
      41 N*m  { 420 kgf*cm, 30 ft.*lbf }

      Note

      Do not overlap the anchor part of the seat belt and protruding part of the seat adjuster.

    2. Connect each connector and clamp.

  13. INSTALL FRONT SEAT CUSHION SHIELD


    1. A003SSGE02

      Engage the guide.

    2. Install the front seat cushion shield with the 2 screws.

  14. INSTALL VERTICAL ADJUSTING HANDLE


    1. A003RQ2

      Install the vertical adjusting handle with the 2 screws.

  15. INSTALL VERTICAL ADJUSTER COVER


    1. A003TJE

      Engage the 3 claws and install the vertical adjuster cover.

  16. INSTALL RECLINING ADJUSTER RELEASE HANDLE


    1. A003RPV

      Engage the claw and install the reclining adjuster release handle.
