WIRELESS DOOR LOCK CONTROL SYSTEM TERMINALS OF ECU


  1. CHECK MAIN BODY ECU (MULTIPLEX NETWORK BODY ECU) AND DRIVER SIDE JUNCTION BLOCK ASSEMBLY


    1. Disconnect the A main body ECU (multiplex network body ECU) connector.

    2. Disconnect the 2B and 2C driver side junction block assembly connectors.

    3. Measure the voltage and resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Tech Tips

      Measure the values on the wire harness side with the connectors disconnected.

      If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction in the wire harness.

    4. Reconnect the A main body ECU (multiplex network body ECU) connector.

    5. Reconnect the 2B and 2C driver side junction block assembly connectors.

    6. Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

      If the result is not as specified, the main body ECU (multiplex network body ECU) or driver side junction block assembly may have a malfunction.

  2. CHECK CERTIFICATION ECU (SMART KEY ECU ASSEMBLY)

    1. Disconnect the E117 certification ECU (smart key ECU assembly) connector.

    2. Measure the resistance and voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

    4. Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.
