POWER MANAGEMENT CONTROL ECU INSTALLATION


  1. INSTALL POWER MANAGEMENT CONTROL ECU (for LHD)


    1. A003USL

      Engage the 2 claws to install the power management control ECU.

  2. INSTALL ECU INTEGRATION BOX (for LHD)


    1. Connect each connector.

    2. Install the ECU integration box with the 2 nuts and bolt.

      Torque:
      Nut
      7.5 N*m  { 77 kgf*cm, 66 in.*lbf }
      Bolt
      12 N*m  { 122 kgf*cm, 9 ft.*lbf }

    3. Engage the 2 clamps.

  3. INSTALL POWER MANAGEMENT CONTROL ECU (for RHD)


    1. A003SCM

      Engage the 2 claws to install the power management control ECU.

  4. INSTALL ECU INTEGRATION BOX (for RHD)


    1. Engage the claw.

    2. Install the screw.

    3. Install the ECU integration box with the bolt.

      Torque:
      12 N*m  { 122 kgf*cm, 9 ft.*lbf }

    4. Engage the each clamp to connect the wire harness.

    5. Connect each connector.

  5. INSTALL NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL UNDER COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. Engage the guide.

    2. Engage the 3 claws and install the instrument panel No. 2 instrument panel under cover sub-assembly.

  6. INSTALL GLOVE COMPARTMENT DOOR ASSEMBLY

      *1 Hinge

      Insert the glove compartment door assembly horizontally and engage the 2 hinges.

      Note

      Engaging the hinges from the top will deform the hinges. Be sure to install the glove compartment door assembly horizontally.

      *1 Stopper
      *2 Glove Compartment Door Stopper

      Bend portions (A) and (B) in the direction indicated by the arrows in the illustration to engage the 2 stoppers.

    3. Engage the claw, connect the glove compartment door stopper, and install the glove compartment door assembly.

  7. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

    Note

    When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected Click here.

  8. INSTALL BATTERY BOX COVER


    1. Engage the 3 guides to install the battery box cover.

  9. INSTALL REAR DECK FLOOR BOX


    1. Install the rear deck floor box.

  10. INSTALL REAR FLOOR MAT


    1. Install the rear floor mat.
