OUTER REAR VIEW MIRROR INSTALLATION


  1. INSTALL OUTER MIRROR COVER


    1. A01J8T4

      Engage the 7 claws to install the outer mirror cover.

      Note

      Securely engage the 7 claws.

  2. INSTALL OUTER MIRROR


    1. w/o Mirror Heater:


      1. A01JCOJ

        Engage the 2 guides on the upper part of the outer mirror to the outer rear view mirror.

    2. w/ Mirror Heater:


      1. A01JA7Q

        Connect the 2 connectors.

      2. Engage the 2 guides on the upper part of the outer mirror to the outer rear view mirror.

    3. A01JD2E

      Engage the 2 claws on the lower part of the outer mirror to the outer rear view mirror as shown in the illustration.

    4. A01JA3O

      Push the outside part of the outer mirror assembly and tilt it as show in the illustration.

  3. INSTALL OUTER REAR VIEW MIRROR ASSEMBLY


    1. A01JAC6

      Engage the clip to install the outer rear view mirror assembly.

    2. Install the outer rear view mirror assembly with the 3 bolts.

      Torque:
      8.0 N*m  { 82 kgf*cm, 71 in.*lbf }

    3. Connect the connector.

  4. INSTALL OUTER MIRROR INSTALL HOLE COVER


    1. A01JBGL

      Engage the guide and 2 claws to install the outer mirror install hole cover.

  5. INSTALL OUTER MIRROR PROTECTOR


    1. A01JAO9

      Engage the 2 claws.

    2. Install the outer mirror protector with the screw.

  6. INSTALL FRONT DOOR INSIDE HANDLE SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A01JCTO

      Connect the front door lock remote control cable assembly and front door inside locking cable assembly to the front door inside handle.

    2. A01JARO

      Engage the 2 claws and install the front door inside handle sub-assembly to the front door trim board sub-assembly.

  7. INSTALL FRONT DOOR TRIM BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A01J8S8

      Engage the 9 clips and install the front door trim board sub-assembly.

    2. Install the 2 screws.

    3. Remove the 2 pieces of protective tape.

  8. INSTALL COURTESY LIGHT ASSEMBLY


    1. Connect the connector.

    2. A01JC7IE01

      Engage the claw to install the courtesy light assembly.

  9. INSTALL DOOR ARMREST COVER


    1. A01JCMQ

      Install the door armrest cover.

  10. INSTALL POWER WINDOW REGULATOR MASTER SWITCH ASSEMBLY WITH FRONT DOOR ARMREST BASE PANEL (for Driver Side)


    1. A01JCY6

      Connect the connector.

    2. Engage the 7 claws and 3 guides, and install the power window regulator master switch assembly with front door armrest base panel.

  11. INSTALL POWER WINDOW REGULATOR SWITCH ASSEMBLY WITH FRONT DOOR ARMREST BASE PANEL (for Front Passenger Side)


    1. Connect the connector.

    2. A01JACF

      Engage the 7 claws and 3 guides, and install the power window regulator switch assembly with front door armrest base panel.

  12. INSTALL ASSIST GRIP COVER


    1. A01JAH9

      Engage the 6 claws, 2 clips and 3 guides, and install the assist grip cover.

  13. INSTALL FRONT DOOR INSIDE HANDLE BEZEL PLUG


    1. A01JA7Z

      Engage the 3 claws and install the front door inside handle bezel plug.

  14. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

    Note

    When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected Click here.

  15. INSTALL REAR NO. 3 FLOOR BOARD


    1. A01JC33

      Engage the 2 guides to install the rear No. 3 floor board.

  16. INSTALL REAR DECK FLOOR BOX


    1. Install the rear deck floor box.

  17. INSTALL REAR NO. 2 FLOOR BOARD


    1. A01JCWRE01

      Engage the 3 guides <A>.

    2. Engage the 2 guides <B> and install the rear No. 2 floor board as shown in the illustration.
