SOLAR VENTILATION SWITCH REMOVAL


  1. REMOVE FRONT DOOR SCUFF PLATE LH (for LHD)

      Disengage the 10 claws and remove the front door scuff plate LH.

  2. REMOVE COWL SIDE TRIM SUB-ASSEMBLY LH (for LHD)


    1. A01J99M

      Remove the clip.

    2. Disengage the 2 clips and remove the cowl side trim sub-assembly LH.

  3. REMOVE FRONT DOOR SCUFF PLATE RH (for RHD)

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  4. REMOVE COWL SIDE TRIM SUB-ASSEMBLY RH (for RHD)

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  5. REMOVE LOWER INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL ASSEMBLY


    1. A01J8VP

      Remove the screw <C>.

    2. A01J9JX

      Disengage the 6 claws and clip as shown in the illustration.

    3. A01J9TK

      Disengage the claw and 2 guides and disconnect the hood lock control cable.

    4. Disconnect each connector and clamp, and remove the lower instrument panel finish panel assembly.

  6. REMOVE SOLAR VENTILATION SWITCH (for LHD)

      Disengage the 2 claws and remove the solar ventilation switch.

  7. REMOVE SOLAR VENTILATION SWITCH (for RHD)

      Disengage the 2 claws and remove the solar ventilation switch.
