  1. INSPECT FRONT SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY (for Driver Side)

    (Front Seat Inner Belt Assembly (for Driver Side))
    *2 for LHD
    *3 for RHD

    1. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard Resistance
      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition

      R5-3 (+) - R5-2 (E)*1

      S22-3 (+) - S22-2 (E)*2

      		 Driver seat belt unfastened Below 1 Ω

      R5-3 (+) - R5-2 (E)*1

      S22-3 (+) - S22-2 (E)*2

      		 Driver seat belt fastened 10 kΩ or higher

      • *1: for LHD

      • *2: for RHD

      If the result is not as specified, replace the front seat inner belt assembly (for driver side).

  2. INSPECT FRONT SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY (for Front Passenger Side)

    1. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      S22-3 (+) - B-1*1

      R5-3 (+) - B-1*2

      		 Always Below 1 Ω

      S22-2 (E) - B-3*1

      R5-2 (E) - B-3*2

      		 Front passenger seat belt unfastened Below 1 Ω

      S22-2 (E) - B-3*1

      R5-2 (E) - B-3*2

      		 Front passenger seat belt fastened 10 kΩ or higher

      • *1: for LHD

      • *2: for RHD

      If the result is not as specified, replace the front seat inner belt assembly (for front passenger side).
