FRONT SEAT CUSHION HEATER (for Power Seat) REMOVAL


  1. REMOVE FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY

  2. REMOVE FRONT SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY


    1. Disconnect each connector.

    2. Disengage each clamp.

      Remove the nut and front seat inner belt assembly.

  3. REMOVE FRONT INNER NO. 1 SEAT CUSHION SHIELD

      Remove the screw.

    2. Disengage the guide, 2 claws and clip, and remove the front inner No. 1 seat cushion shield.

  4. REMOVE FRONT SEAT CUSHION SHIELD ASSEMBLY

      Disconnect the 4 connectors.

    2. Disengage the 6 clamps and disconnect the No. 1 front seat wire.

    3. A01JC4F

      Disengage the clip.

    4. Disengage the 4 claws and guide, and disconnect the front seat cushion shield assembly as shown in the illustration.

      Disconnect the 2 connectors.

    6. Disengage the clamp and hook, and remove the front seat cushion shield assembly as shown in the illustration.

  5. REMOVE FRONT INNER SEAT CUSHION SHIELD

      Disengage the 5 claws and remove the front inner seat cushion shield.

  6. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEAT CUSHION COVER WITH PAD

      Disconnect the rubber band.

    2. A01JDC9

      Disengage the 4 hooks.

    3. A01JAD1

      Disengage the 3 clamps and disconnect the seat heater wire harness.

      Disconnect the connector.

    5. Disengage the clamp and disconnect the seat heater wire harness.

    6. Disengage the fastener and disconnect the side airbag wire harness.

      Disengage the 2 hooks as shown in the illustration.

    8. Disengage each hook and remove the separate type front seat cushion cover with pad from the front seat cushion spring sub-assembly as shown in the illustration.

  7. REMOVE FRONT SEAT CUSHION HEATER ASSEMBLY (SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEAT CUSHION COVER)

      Remove the 2 hog rings

    2. A01J8MM

      Remove the 11 hog rings and front seat cushion heater assembly (separate type front seat cushion cover) from the separate type front seat cushion pad.
