REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY DISASSEMBLY


  1. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK COVER LH

      Disengage the 4 claws and remove the rear seatback cover LH.

  2. REMOVE REAR SEAT SHOULDER BELT GUIDE LH

      Remove the 2 screws.

    2. Disengage the guide and remove the rear seat shoulder belt guide LH.

  3. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK STOP BUTTON GROMMET

      Disengage the 3 claws and remove the rear seatback stop button grommet.

  4. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD LH

      Using a clip remover, remove the 2 clips.

    2. Disengage the 6 clips.

      Remove the 13 hog rings.

    4. A01JC1D

      Disengage the 4 claws and remove the 2 rear seat headrest supports.

    5. Remove the rear seatback cover with pad LH from the rear seatback frame sub-assembly LH.

  5. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEATBACK COVER LH

      Remove the 9 hog rings.

  6. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK LOCK RELEASE BUTTON LH

      Remove the rear seatback frame LH from the rear seatback lock release button LH as shown in the illustration.

  7. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK LOCK ASSEMBLY LH

      Remove the 2 bolts and rear seatback lock assembly LH.

  8. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK CENTER COVER (for LHD)

      Disengage the 4 claws and remove the rear seatback center cover.

  9. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK COVER RH

      Disengage the 4 claws and remove the rear seatback cover RH.

  10. REMOVE REAR SEAT SHOULDER BELT GUIDE RH

      Remove the 2 screws.

    2. Disengage the guide and remove the rear seat shoulder belt guide RH.

  11. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK STOP BUTTON GROMMET

      Disengage the 3 claws and remove the rear seatback stop button grommet.

  12. REMOVE CENTER ARMREST HINGE COVER

      *1 Protective Tape

      Using a screwdriver wrapped with protective tape, disengage the claw and remove the center armrest hinge cover as shown in the illustration.

  13. REMOVE REAR SEAT CENTER ARMREST ASSEMBLY

      Remove the bolt and bush.

    2. Separate the pin and remove the center armrest assembly.

    3. A01JCZZ

      Remove the bush.

  14. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD RH

      Using a clip remover, remove the 3 clips.

    2. Disengage the 6 clips.

      Remove the 16 hog rings.

    4. Disengage the guide and remove the rear seat shoulder belt guide RH.

      Disengage the 2 claws and remove the seat belt anchor cover cap.

      Move the rear seat shoulder belt hole cover in the direction indicated by the arrow in the illustration to disengage the 2 claws (A).

    7. Move the rear seat shoulder belt hole cover in the direction indicated by the arrow in the illustration to disengage the 2 claws (B) and remove the cover.

      Disengage the 4 claws and remove the 2 rear seat center headrest supports.

      Disengage the 4 claws and remove the 2 rear seat headrest supports.

    10. Remove the rear seatback cover with pad RH from the rear seatback frame sub-assembly RH.

  15. REMOVE REAR CENTER SEAT BELT ASSEMBLY

      Remove the nut and rear center seat belt assembly.

  16. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEATBACK COVER RH


    1. A01JB63

      Remove the 7 hog rings.

    2. A01JANI

      Remove the 9 hog rings.

    3. Remove the separate type rear seatback cover RH.

  17. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK LOCK RELEASE BUTTON RH

      Remove the rear seatback frame RH from the rear seatback lock release button RH as shown in the illustration.

  18. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK LOCK ASSEMBLY RH

      Remove the 2 bolts and rear seatback lock assembly RH.

  19. REMOVE BENCH TYPE REAR SEAT CUSHION COVER


    1. Remove the 28 hog rings.

    2. Remove the 14 hog rings and rear seat cushion cover.
