HEADUP DISPLAY DISASSEMBLY

Note

When disassembling the headup display, eliminate static electricity by touching the vehicle body to prevent components from being damaged.


  1. REMOVE COMBINATION METER MIRROR GLASS

      Remove the 3 screws and combination meter mirror glass.

  2. REMOVE NO. 1 COMBINATION METER MIRROR CASE


    1. A01JCAL

      Remove the 2 screws.

    2. Disengage the 3 claws to remove the No. 1 combination meter mirror case.

  3. REMOVE COMBINATION METER MIRROR


    1. A01JAIG

      Disconnect the connector.

    2. Remove the 2 screws and combination meter mirror.

  4. REMOVE NO. 1 COMBINATION METER MIRROR PLATE


    1. A01J8YO

      Disengage the 2 claws and remove the No. 1 combination meter mirror plate as shown in the illustration.

  5. REMOVE NO. 2 COMBINATION METER MIRROR


    1. A01J8M2

      Remove the No. 2 combination meter mirror as shown in the illustration.

  6. REMOVE NO. 2 COMBINATION METER MIRROR PLATE


    1. A01JB7G

      Remove the 4 screws.

    2. Disengage the 2 guides to remove the No. 2 combination meter mirror plate.

  7. REMOVE NO. 2 COMBINATION METER MIRROR WIRE


    1. A01JBTA

      Disengage the 3 clamps.

    2. A01JD74

      Disengage the 2 guides as shown in the illustration.

    3. A01JBUK

      Disconnect the connector to remove the No. 2 combination meter mirror wire.

  8. REMOVE COMBINATION METER MIRROR ECU


    1. A01J8DM

      Disconnect the connector to remove the combination meter mirror ECU as shown in the illustration.

  9. REMOVE COMBINATION DISPLAY


    1. A01J9M0

      Remove the 3 screws and combination display.

    2. A01JAXK

      Disconnect the connector and remove the No. 2 combination meter mirror wire from the combination display as shown in the illustration.

  10. REMOVE NO. 2 COMBINATION METER MIRROR CASE
