Inspect the fuses for circuits related to this system before performing the following inspection procedure.

PROCEDURE


  1. INSPECT INSTRUMENT PANEL JUNCTION BLOCK ASSEMBLY


    1. Disconnect the 2B, 2C and 2F instrument panel junction block assembly and A main body ECU (multiplex network body ECU) connectors.

    2. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard Resistance
      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
      2B-6 - A-11 (GND1) Always Below 1 Ω
      2C-18 - A-30 (BECU) Always Below 1 Ω
      2F-1 - A-31 (ALTB) Always Below 1 Ω
