SECURITY HORN ASSEMBLY (for Built-in Battery type) INSTALLATION


  1. INSTALL THEFT WARNING SIREN ASSEMBLY


    1. Connect the connector.

    2. Install the theft warning siren assembly with the 2 nuts.

      Torque:
      7.5 N*m  { 77 kgf*cm, 66 in.*lbf }

  2. INSTALL ROOF SIDE INNER GARNISH ASSEMBLY RH

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side Click here.

  3. INSTALL DECK TRIM SIDE PANEL ASSEMBLY RH


    1. Engage the 7 claws and 2 clips.

    2. Install the deck trim side panel assembly RH with the screw.

  5. INSTALL LUGGAGE HOLD BELT STRIKER ASSEMBLY

  6. INSTALL REAR DECK TRIM COVER

      Engage the 4 claws and 4 guides to install the rear deck trim cover.

  7. INSTALL DECK TRIM SERVICE HOLE COVER


    1. A01JD05

      Engage the 3 guides.

    2. Engage the 2 claws to install the deck trim service hole cover.

  8. INSTALL REAR NO. 1 FLOOR BOARD


    1. A01JBVX

      Engage the 2 claws and 2 clips.

    2. Install the rear No. 1 floor board with the bolt.

  9. INSTALL REAR NO. 2 FLOOR BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A01JCFP

      Engage the claw and 2 clips to install the rear No. 2 floor board sub-assembly.

  10. INSTALL REAR NO. 1 FLOOR BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A01J8Q1

      Engage the 2 claws and 2 clips to install the rear No. 1 floor board sub-assembly.

  11. INSTALL REAR NO. 3 FLOOR BOARD


    1. A01JC33

      Engage the 2 guides to install the rear No. 3 floor board.

  12. INSTALL TONNEAU COVER ASSEMBLY (w/ Tonneau Cover)


    1. Install the tonneau cover assembly.

  13. INSTALL REAR SIDE SEATBACK ASSEMBLY RH

      Engage the 2 guides as shown in the illustration.

    2. A01JCTM

      Install the rear side seatback assembly RH with the bolt.

      Torque:
      18 N*m  { 184 kgf*cm, 13 ft.*lbf }

  14. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION ASSEMBLY

      *1 100 mm (3.94 in.) or less
      *2 Guide
      *3 Hook

      Engage the 2 guides of the seat cushion to the seatback.

    2. Engage the 2 front hooks of the seat cushion to the vehicle body.

      Note

      When installing the seat cushion, make sure that the seat belt buckle is not under the seat cushion.

      Tech Tips

      Confirm that the seat cushion is firmly installed.

  15. INSTALL REAR DOOR OPENING TRIM WEATHERSTRIP RH

      *1 Alignment Mark (Blue)

      Align the alignment mark (Blue) on the weatherstrip with the protruding portion on the body indicated by the arrow in the illustration, and install the rear door opening trim weatherstrip LH.

      Note

      After installation, check that the corners fit correctly.

  17. INSTALL REAR DECK FLOOR BOX


    1. Install the rear deck floor box.

  18. INSTALL REAR NO. 2 FLOOR BOARD

      Engage the 3 guides <A>.

    2. Engage the 2 guides <B> and install the rear No. 2 floor board as shown in the illustration.
