  1. CUSTOMIZING FUNCTION WITH INTELLIGENT TESTER

    The following items can be customized.

    Note


    • When the customer requests a change in a function, first make sure that the function can be customized.

    • Be sure to make a note of the current settings before customizing.

    • When troubleshooting a function, first make sure that the function is set to the default setting.


    1. Connect the intelligent tester to the DLC3.

    2. Turn the power switch on (IG).

    3. Turn the intelligent tester on.

    4. Enter the following menus: Customize Setting.

    5. Select the setting by referring to the table below.

      Illuminated Entry
      Display Default Content Setting
      Lighting Time 15 s Function that changes the lighting time after closing all doors. (It will quickly fade out in case of turning the power switch from off to on (ACC) or (IG).) 7.5 s, 15 s or 30 s

    1. Customizing function with multi-display (w/ Navigation System)


      1. Turn the power switch on (IG).

      2. Enter the following menus: SETUP / Vehicle / Vehicle Customization / Light Settings

      3. Select the setting by referring to the table below.

        Display Default Content Setting Relevant ECU
        Interior Lights Off Timer 15 sec. Function that changes the lighting time after closing all doors. (It will quickly fade out in case of turning the power switch from off to on (ACC) or (IG).) Off, 7.5 sec., 15 sec. or 30 sec. Main body ECU (Multiplex network body ECU)
