DESCRIPTION

This DTC is stored when the parking assist ECU receives an abnormal signal from the No. 1 ultrasonic sensor (for RH side) immediately after the power switch is turned on (READY) or while the No. 1 ultrasonic sensor is operating (neither park (P) nor reverse (R) is selected, and the vehicle is not stopped).

INSPECTION PROCEDURE

Note


  • When the "System initializing" message is displayed on the navigation ECU sub-assembly after the auxiliary battery cable has been disconnected, correct the steering angle neutral point Click here.

  • Depending on the parts that are replaced or operations that are performed during vehicle inspection or maintenance, calibration of other systems as well as the intelligent parking assist system may be needed Click here.

PROCEDURE


  1. REPLACE NO. 1 ULTRASONIC SENSOR (for RH SIDE)


    1. Replace the No. 1 ultrasonic sensor (for RH side) with a known good sensor Click here.
