INSPECTION PROCEDURE

Note

  • When "System initializing" message is displayed on the navigation receiver assembly after the battery terminal disconnected, correct the steering angle neutral point Click here.

  • Depending on the parts that are replaced or operations that are performed during vehicle inspection or maintenance, calibration of other systems as well as the intelligent parking assist system may be needed Click here.

PROCEDURE

  1. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (PARKING ASSIST ECU - REAR HEIGHT CONTROL SENSOR SUB-ASSEMBLY)

    1. Disconnect the L65 connector from the parking assist ECU.

    2. Disconnect the S3 connector from the rear height control sensor sub-assembly RH.

    3. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard Resistance
      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
L65-16 (HB1) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher
L65-28 (HI1) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher
L65-14 (HG1) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher
      L65-16 (HB1) - S3-3 (SHB) Always Below 1 Ω
      L65-28 (HI1) - S3-2 (SHRR) Always Below 1 Ω
      L65-14 (HG1) - S3-1 (SHG) Always Below 1 Ω
