CAMSHAFT OIL CONTROL VALVE INSTALLATION


  1. INSTALL CAMSHAFT TIMING OIL CONTROL VALVE ASSEMBLY


    1. A01JCFV

      Apply a light coat of engine oil to a new O-ring and install it onto the camshaft timing oil control valve assembly.

      Note

      Do not twist the O-ring.

    2. A01JCR7

      Install the camshaft timing oil control valve assembly and wire harness bracket with the bolt.

      Torque:
      10 N*m  { 102 kgf*cm, 7 ft.*lbf }

    3. Connect the camshaft timing oil control valve assembly connector.

  2. INSPECT FOR OIL LEAK

  3. INSTALL NO. 2 CYLINDER HEAD COVER


    1. A01JAJ9

      Engage the 3 clips to install the cover.

      Note


      • Be sure to engage the clips securely.

      • Do not apply excessive force or hit the cover to engage the clips. This may cause the cover to break.
