FRONT BUMPER INSTALLATION

  1. INSTALL FRONT WHEEL OPENING EXTENSION PAD LH


    1. Install the front wheel opening extension pad with the 3 bolts.

  2. INSTALL FRONT WHEEL OPENING EXTENSION PAD RH

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

  3. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER SIDE RETAINER LH

    1. Attach the 3 claws to install the front bumper side retainer.

    2. Install the 2 screws.

  4. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER SIDE RETAINER RH

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

  5. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER REINFORCEMENT

    1. Install the front bumper reinforcement with the 8 bolts.

      Torque:
      50 N*m  { 510 kgf*cm, 37 ft.*lbf }

    2. Attach the 6 clamps.

  6. INSTALL HEADLIGHT UNIT LH


    1. for Halogen Headlight:

      Install the headlight unit Click here.

    2. for HID Headlight:

      Install the headlight unit Click here.

  7. INSTALL HEADLIGHT UNIT RH

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

  8. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER ENERGY ABSORBER

    1. Install the front bumper energy absorber.

  9. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER COVER

    1. Attach the 10 claws to install the front bumper cover.

    2. w/ Fog Light:

      Connect the 2 fog light connectors and attach the 10 claws to install the front bumper cover.

    3. w/ Headlight Cleaner System:

      Connect the headlight cleaner hose and attach the 10 claws to install the front bumper cover.

    4. A003BMM

      Install the bolt, 2 clips and 9 screws.

    5. A003CCQE01

      Install the pin hold clip.

      Note

      Insert the pin hold clip with the slot aligned vertically. Do not rotate the clip after inserting it. After installation, confirm that the slot is vertical.

      Tech Tips

      Use the same procedures for the RH side and LH side.

    6. Install the screw.

  10. INSTALL RADIATOR GRILLE PROTECTOR

    1. Install the 2 radiator grille protectors.

  11. INSTALL RADIATOR SUPPORT OPENING COVER


    1. A00OKDO

      Install the radiator support opening cover with the 8 clips.

  12. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL (for HID Headlight)

    Note

    When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected Click here.

  13. INSTALL ENGINE ROOM SIDE COVER

      Install the engine room side cover with the clip.
