FRONT BUMPER REASSEMBLY

  1. INSTALL FRONT SPOILER COVER LH


    1. Attach the 2 claws to install the front spoiler cover.

  2. INSTALL FRONT SPOILER COVER RH

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

  3. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER ARM HOLE COVER LH


    1. Attach the guide and claw to install the front bumper arm hole cover.

  4. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER ARM HOLE COVER RH

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

  5. INSTALL LOWER NO. 1 RADIATOR GRILLE


    1. Attach the 19 claws to install the lower No. 1 radiator grille.

    2. w/ Headlight Cleaner System:

      Attach the 5 clamps to install the headlight washer hose to the lower No. 1 radiator grille.

  6. INSTALL FOG LIGHT PROTECTOR LH (w/ Fog Light)


    1. Attach the 3 claws to install the fog light protector.

  7. INSTALL FOG LIGHT PROTECTOR RH (w/ Fog Light)

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

  8. INSTALL FOG LIGHT COVER LH (w/ Fog Light)


    1. Attach the 3 claws to install the fog light cover.

  9. INSTALL FOG LIGHT COVER RH (w/ Fog Light)

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

  10. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER LH (w/ Fog Light)


    1. Install the front bumper hole cover with the 3 screws.

  11. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER RH (w/ Fog Light)

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

  12. INSTALL FOG LIGHT ASSEMBLY LH (w/ Fog Light)


    1. Attach the 2 guides.

    2. Install the fog light assembly LH with the screw.

  13. INSTALL FOG LIGHT ASSEMBLY RH (w/ Fog Light)

  14. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER LH (w/o Fog Light)


    1. Attach the 3 claws to install the front bumper hole cover.

  15. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER RH (w/o Fog Light)

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

  16. INSTALL RADIATOR GRILLE


    1. Attach the 8 claws to install the radiator grille.

    2. Install the 4 screws.

  17. INSTALL HOOD TO RADIATOR SUPPORT SEAL


    1. Attach the 13 clips to install the hood to radiator support seal.

  18. INSTALL HEADLIGHT WASHER ACTUATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY LH (w/ Headlight Cleaner System)


    1. Attach the 2 claws to install the headlight washer actuator sub-assembly.

    2. Install the 2 screws.

      Torque:
      5.0 N*m  { 51 kgf*cm, 44 in.*lbf }
    3. A00OI9X

      Connect the headlight washer hose and lock the headlight washer hose as shown in the illustration.

      Note

      Check that the headlight washer hose is securely connected by pulling it.

  19. INSTALL HEADLIGHT WASHER ACTUATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY RH (w/ Headlight Cleaner System)

  20. INSTALL HEADLIGHT CLEANER WASHER NOZZLE COVER LH (w/ Headlight Cleaner System)


    1. Attach the 2 claws to install the headlight cleaner washer nozzle cover.

  21. INSTALL HEADLIGHT CLEANER WASHER NOZZLE COVER RH (w/ Headlight Cleaner System)
