HORN INSPECTION


  1. INSPECT HORN ASSEMBLY

    A003BCDE01

    1. Inspect the low pitched horn.

      Apply battery voltage and check operation of the low pitched horn as shown in the table.

      OK
      Measurement Condition Specified Condition

      Battery positive (+) → Terminal 1

      Battery negative (-) → Hone bracket

      		 Low pitched horn sounds

      If the result is not as specified, replace the horn assembly.

    2. A003CAGE01

      Inspect the high pitched horn.

      Apply battery voltage and check operation of the high pitched horn as shown in the table.

      OK
      Measurement Condition Specified Condition

      Battery positive (+) → Terminal 1

      Battery negative (-) → Hone bracket

      		 High pitched horn sounds

      If the result is not as specified, replace the horn assembly.
