BACK-UP LIGHT ASSEMBLY (for Sedan) INSTALLATION

Tech Tips


  • Use the same procedure for the RH and LH side.

  • The procedure listed below is for the LH side.


  1. INSTALL REAR LIGHT SOCKET AND WIRE LH


    1. Connect the connector.

    2. Attach the 2 claws.

    3. Attach the guide to install the rear light socket and wire LH.

  2. INSTALL BACK UP LIGHT BULB

      Install the buck up light bulb to the rear light socket and wire LH.

    2. Turn the rear light socket and wire LH in the direction indicated by the arrow in the illustration to install the socket.

  3. INSTALL REAR LIGHT PACKING LH


    1. Install a new rear light packing LH.

  4. INSTALL REAR LIGHT LENS AND BODY LH


    1. Install the rear light lens and body LH with the 4 nuts.

    2. Connect the connector.

  5. INSTALL BACK DOOR TRIM COVER

      Attach the 10 clips to install the cover.

  6. INSTALL DOOR ASSIST GRIP

      Attach the 2 claws to install the door assist grip.

  7. INSTALL BACK DOOR ASSIST GRIP


    1. A00OJCX

      Install the assist grip with the 2 screws.

    2. A00OM4Q

      Attach the 3 claws to install the cover.
