HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY (for HID Headlight) DISASSEMBLY

CAUTION:

Make sure that the No. 1 headlight back cover is not connected or hot before disassembling the No. 1 headlight back cover.

Tech Tips


  • Use the same procedure for the RH and LH sides.

  • The procedure listed below is for the LH side.


  1. REMOVE NO. 1 HEADLIGHT BACK COVER


    1. A00OJLE

      Turn the No. 1 headlight back cover in the direction indicated by the arrow in the illustration and remove the No. 1 headlight back cover.

      Note

      Make sure that the No. 1 headlight back cover is not connected or hot before removing the No. 1 headlight back cover.

    2. A00OMZ1

      Turn the No. 1 headlight back cover socket in the direction indicated by the arrow in the illustration and disconnect the No. 1 headlight back cover socket.

  2. REMOVE DISCHARGE HEADLIGHT BULB


    1. A00OMKB

      Release the set spring lock as shown in the illustration and remove the discharge headlight bulb.

  3. REMOVE FRONT TURN SIGNAL LIGHT SOCKET


    1. A00OMGR

      Turn the front turn signal light socket in the direction indicated by the arrow in the illustration and remove the front turn signal light socket.

  4. REMOVE FRONT TURN SIGNAL LIGHT BULB


    1. Remove the front turn signal light bulb from the front turn signal light socket.
