FRONT CONSOLE BOX (w/ Console Box Lid) DISASSEMBLY


  1. REMOVE BOX BOTTOM PANEL

      Detach the 4 claws and remove the box bottom panel.

  2. REMOVE REAR CONSOLE END PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY

      *1 Protective Tape

      Place protective tape as shown in the illustration.

    2. Using a moulding remover B, detach the 14 claws and remove the rear console end panel.

      Tech Tips

      The panel is easier to remove by detaching the claws from the bottom to the top.

  3. REMOVE REAR CONSOLE ARMREST LID


    1. A010KDB

      Remove the 2 E-rings.

    2. Remove the 2 shafts.

    3. Detach the lock and remove the rear console armrest lid.

  4. REMOVE CONSOLE COMPARTMENT DOOR LOCK SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A010GWN

      Remove the 2 screws.

    2. Detach the 4 hooks and remove the console compartment door lock.

  5. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL CUP HOLDER ASSEMBLY


    1. A010M62

      Using a T20 "TORX" socket wrench, remove the 4 "TORX" screws and instrument panel cup holder.
