UPPER INSTRUMENT PANEL DISASSEMBLY

REMOVE FRONT NO. 2 SPEAKER ASSEMBLY LH (for 11 Speakers)
1. Detach the clamp.
2. Remove the 2 screws and speaker.
  
  Note
  
  Do not touch the cone part of the speaker.
REMOVE FRONT NO. 2 SPEAKER ASSEMBLY RH (for 11 Speakers)

Tech Tips

Use the same procedure described for the LH side.
REMOVE NO. 1 HEATER TO REGISTER DUCT
1. for 11 Speakers:
  1. Disconnect the clamp.
2. Remove the 3 screws <B> and duct.
REMOVE NO. 3 HEATER TO REGISTER DUCT
1. Remove the 3 screws <B> and duct.
REMOVE FRONT NO. 3 SPEAKER ASSEMBLY (for 11 Speakers)
1. Detach the clamp.
2. Remove the 2 screws and speaker.
  
  Note
  
  Do not touch the cone part of the speaker.
REMOVE NO. 1 SPEAKER HOLE COVER (for 11 Speakers)
1. Detach the 7 claws and remove the cover.
REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL PASSENGER AIRBAG ASSEMBLY
1. Remove the 2 screws.

  Detach the 5 hooks (A).
3. Detach the 5 hooks (B) and remove the instrument panel passenger airbag.
REMOVE NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL CUSHION
1. Remove the cushion.
REMOVE NO. 1 DEFROSTER NOZZLE GARNISH
1. Remove the 8 screws <C>.
2. Detach the 8 claws and remove the garnish.
REMOVE NO. 1 INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL GARNISH
1. Remove the 3 screws <C> and garnish.
REMOVE NO. 2 INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL GARNISH
1. Remove the 6 screws <C> and garnish.
REMOVE NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL REGISTER ASSEMBLY
1. Detach the 4 claws and remove the register.
REMOVE NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL REGISTER ASSEMBLY
1. Detach the 4 claws and remove the register.
REMOVE NO. 2 SIDE DEFROSTER NOZZLE
1. Detach the 4 claws and remove the nozzle.
REMOVE NO. 1 SIDE DEFROSTER NOZZLE
1. Detach the 4 claws and remove the nozzle.
