PTC HEATER ASSEMBLY (w/ PTC Heater) REMOVAL


  1. REMOVE AIR CONDITIONING UNIT


    1. for Automatic Air Conditioning System:

      Remove the air conditioning unit Click here.

    2. for Manual Air Conditioning System:

      Remove the air conditioning unit Click here.

  2. REMOVE BLOWER ASSEMBLY

    1. w/ PTC Heater:

      Remove the screw.

    2. A003BU7

      w/ PTC Heater:

      Detach the 3 clamps.

    3. A003BY7

      Disconnect the connector.

    4. Remove the 3 screws and blower assembly.

  3. REMOVE PTC HEATER ASSEMBLY

    A003EG0

    1. Detach the clamp.

    2. Remove the 2 screws.

    3. A003CYM

      Remove the PTC heater as shown in the illustration.
