CLEARANCE WARNING ECU REMOVAL


  1. REMOVE SHIFT LEVER KNOB SUB-ASSEMBLY (for Manual Transaxle)

      Twist the shift lever knob in the direction indicated by the arrow and remove it.

  2. REMOVE SHIFT LEVER KNOB SUB-ASSEMBLY (for Automatic Transaxle and CVT)

      Twist the shift lever knob in the direction indicated by the arrow and remove it.

  3. REMOVE REAR UPPER CONSOLE PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY (for Manual Transaxle)

      Detach the cover.

    2. A005V73

      Using a moulding remover B, detach the 2 claws.

    3. Detach the 6 clips and remove the console panel.

  4. REMOVE REAR UPPER CONSOLE PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY (for Automatic Transaxle and CVT)

      Using a moulding remover B, detach the 2 claws.

    2. Detach the 6 clips.

    3. Remove the console panel and then disconnect the connector.

  5. REMOVE LOWER INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL

      Using a moulding remover B, detach the 2 clips.

      Remove the finish panel and then disconnect the connectors.

  6. REMOVE AIR CONDITIONING CONTROL ASSEMBLY

    1. Using a moulding remover, detach the 4 clips.

    2. Disconnect the connector and remove the air conditioning control.

  7. REMOVE CENTER INSTRUMENT PANEL REGISTER ASSEMBLY WITH FINISH PANEL (for Audio, HDD Navigation System)

      *1 Protective Tape

      Place protective tape as shown in the illustration.

    2. Using a moulding remover B, detach the 2 clips and hook.

      Detach the 3 claws and 3 hooks.

    4. Detach the 2 clips.

      Remove the panel register. Then disconnect the connector and detach the clamp.

  8. REMOVE CENTER INSTRUMENT PANEL REGISTER ASSEMBLY WITH FINISH PANEL (for Audio-less, DVD Navigation System)

      *1 Protective Tape

      Place protective tape as shown in the illustration.

    2. Using a moulding remover B, detach the 2 clips and hook.

    3. A00DSR7

      Detach the 3 claws and 3 hooks.

    4. Detach the 6 clips.

    5. A00DT2Z

      Remove the panel register. Then disconnect the connector and detach the clamp.

  9. REMOVE STEREO OPENING COVER WITH BRACKET (w/o Audio)

      Remove the 4 screws and cover with bracket.

  10. REMOVE RADIO RECEIVER ASSEMBLY WITH BRACKET (w/ Audio)

      Remove the 4 screws.

    2. A003C30

      Pull the radio receiver to detach the 4 clips on the backside of the radio receiver.

    3. Disconnect the connectors and remove the radio receiver.

  11. REMOVE NAVIGATION RECEIVER ASSEMBLY WITH BRACKET (w/ Navigation System for DVD)

      Remove the 4 screws.

    2. A003EO8

      Pull the navigation receiver.

    3. Disconnect the connectors and remove the navigation receiver.

  12. REMOVE NAVIGATION RECEIVER ASSEMBLY WITH BRACKET (w/ Navigation System for HDD)

      Remove the 4 screws.

    2. A003C67

      Pull the display to detach the 4 clips on the backside of the display.

    3. Disconnect the connectors and remove the navigation receiver.

  13. REMOVE CLEARANCE WARNING ECU ASSEMBLY


    1. A005RIE

      Disconnect the connector.

    2. A005TA4

      Remove the bolt and ECU.
