NAVIGATION SYSTEM (for HDD) Voice Guidance does not Function

PROCEDURE


  1. CHECK NAVIGATION SETTING


    1. A006EJVE01

      Enter the "Setup" screen by pressing the "SETUP" switch.

    2. Select "Voice".

    3. A006FLAE01

      Check that "Off" is not selected.

      OK
      OFF is not selected.

    NG

    TURN UP VOICE VOLUME

    OK

  2. CHECK NAVIGATION SETTING


    1. A006EJVE01

      Enter the "Setup" screen by pressing the "SETUP" switch.

    2. Select "Voice".

    3. A006G5LE01

      Check that "Auto Voice Guidance" is not off.

      OK
      "Auto Voice Guidance" is not off.

    NG

    TURN "Auto Voice Guidance" ON

    OK

  3. CHECK NAVIGATION SETTING


    1. A006EJVE01

      Enter the "Setup" screen by pressing the "SETUP" switch.

    2. Select "Voice".

    3. A006G5LE02

      Check that "Voice Guidance in All Modes" is not off.

      OK
      "Voice Guidance in All Modes" is not off.

    NG

    TURN "Voice Guidance in All Modes" ON

    OK

  4. CHECK NAVIGATION RECEIVER ASSEMBLY


    1. Check that audio can be heard from the speakers.

      OK
      Audio can be heard.

    NG

    GO TO "Speaker Circuit" Click here

    OK

    REPLACE NAVIGATION RECEIVER ASSEMBLY Click here
