BRAKE ACTUATOR (w/ VSC) REASSEMBLY


  1. INSTALL BRAKE ACTUATOR BRACKET ASSEMBLY

        Install the brake actuator bracket to the brake actuator with the bolt and 2 new nuts. Tighten the 2 nuts and bolt uniformly in alphabetical order.

        Torque:
        for bolt
        5.4 N*m  { 55 kgf*cm, 48 in.*lbf }
        for nut
        7.5 N*m  { 76 kgf*cm, 66 in.*lbf }

    2. for CVT:


      1. A005WFZE02

        Install the brake actuator bracket to the brake actuator with the bolt and 2 new nuts. Tighten the 2 nuts and bolt uniformly in alphabetical order.

        Torque:
        for bolt
        5.4 N*m  { 55 kgf*cm, 48 in.*lbf }
        for nut
        7.5 N*m  { 76 kgf*cm, 66 in.*lbf }
