  1. INSTALL CLUTCH RELEASE CYLINDER ASSEMBLY

    1. Install the clutch release cylinder with the 2 bolts.

      Torque:
      12 N*m  { 120 kgf*cm, 9 ft.*lbf }

  2. CONNECT CLUTCH RELEASE CYLINDER TO ACCUMULATOR TUBE

    1. Using a union nut wrench, connect the flexible tube.

      Torque:
      15 N*m  { 153 kgf*cm, 11 ft.*lbf }

      Use the formula to calculate special torque value for situations where a union nut wrench is combined with a torque wrench Click here.

    2. Install the 2 way with the bolt.

      Torque:
      19 N*m  { 194 kgf*cm, 14 ft.*lbf }

  3. CONNECT CLUTCH RELEASE CYLINDER FLEXIBLE TUBE


    1. A01J4MC

      Using a union nut wrench, install the flexible tube.

      Torque:
      15 N*m  { 153 kgf*cm, 11 ft.*lbf }

  4. INSTALL RELEASE CYLINDER HEAT INSULATOR

    1. Install the insulator with the bolt and nut.

      Torque:
      12 N*m  { 120 kgf*cm, 9 ft.*lbf }

  5. BLEED AIR FROM CLUTCH PIPE LINE

    Click here

  6. CHECK FOR CLUTCH FLUID LEAKAGE

  7. CHECK FLUID LEVEL IN RESERVOIR

    1. Проверьте уровень жидкости и, при необходимости, долейте ее.

      SAE J1703 или FMVSS № 116 DOT3

      Tech Tips

      Долейте жидкость таким образом, чтобы ее уровень находился между отметками MIN и MAX бачка.
