КЛАПАН ПРИНУДИТЕЛЬНОЙ ВЕНТИЛЯЦИИ КАРТЕРА СНЯТИЕ


  1. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

    CAUTION:

    Wait at least 90 seconds after disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal to prevent airbag and seat belt pretensioner activation.

  2. REMOVE V-BANK COVER


    1. Remove the 2 nuts and cover.

  3. REMOVE INTAKE AIR SURGE TANK

      Disconnect the No. 5 water by-pass hose.

    2. A01J7LHE01

      Disconnect the No. 4 water by-pass hose.

    3. A01J52XE01

      Disconnect the purge line hose.

    4. A01J5ZIE01

      Disconnect the No. 1 ventilation hose.

    5. A01J78AE01

      Disconnect the purge VSV connector.

    6. Disconnect the VSV (for ACIS) connector.

    7. Disconnect the throttle position sensor and control motor connector.

    8. Remove the 3 wire harness clamps and hose clamp.

      Remove the 3 upper bolts, which are used to secure the 2 surge tank stays and throttle body bracket.

    10. A01J7FME01

      Using an 8 mm hexagon wrench, remove the 4 bolts.

    11. Remove the 2 nuts, intake air surge tank and gasket.

  4. REMOVE VENTILATION VALVE SUB-ASSEMBLY

    1. Loosen the hose clamp and disconnect the ventilation hose from the valve.

    2. Remove the valve.
