FRONT BUMPER DISASSEMBLY


  1. REMOVE HEADLIGHT CLEANER WASHER NOZZLE COVER (w/ Headlight Cleaner System)

      Extend the headlight cleaner washer nozzle cover.

    2. Using a screwdriver, disengage the 2 claws and remove the headlight cleaner washer nozzle cover.

      Tech Tips


      • Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

      • Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

  2. REMOVE HEADLIGHT WASHER ACTUATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY LH (w/ Headlight Cleaner System)

      *1 No. 3 Headlight Cleaner Clamp
      *2 Headlight Cleaner Hose

      Disconnect the headlight cleaner hose.

    2. Remove the No. 3 headlight cleaner clamp.

      Pull down the No. 1 headlight cleaner clamp.

      Pushing the tab and disengage the 2 claws and remove the headlight washer actuator sub-assembly LH as shown in the illustration.

  3. REMOVE HEADLIGHT WASHER ACTUATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY RH (w/ Headlight Cleaner System)

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  4. REMOVE ULTRASONIC SENSOR CLIP (w/ Intelligent Parking Assist System)

      Disconnect the connector.

    2. Disengage the clamp.

      Disengage the 4 claws to remove the ultrasonic sensor clip.

  5. REMOVE NO. 1 ULTRASONIC SENSOR (w/ Intelligent Parking Assist System)

      Disengage the 2 claws to remove the No. 1 ultrasonic sensor.

  6. REMOVE NO. 1 ULTRASONIC SENSOR RETAINER (w/ Intelligent Parking Assist System)

      Disengage the 2 claws to remove the No. 1 ultrasonic sensor retainer from the front bumper assembly.

  7. REMOVE FRONT TURN SIGNAL LIGHT ASSEMBLY LH (w/o Daytime Running Light)


    1. A0041G4

      Disconnect the connector.

    2. Disengage each clamp.

    3. Remove the clip.

    4. Using a screwdriver, disengage the 2 claws and remove the front turn signal light assembly.

  8. REMOVE FRONT TURN SIGNAL LIGHT ASSEMBLY RH (w/o Daytime Running Light)

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

  9. REMOVE FRONT TURN SIGNAL LIGHT ASSEMBLY LH (w/ Daytime Running Light)

      Disconnect the connector.

    2. Disengage each clamp.

    3. Remove the clip.

    4. Using a screwdriver, disengage the 2 claws and remove the front turn signal light assembly.

  10. REMOVE FRONT TURN SIGNAL LIGHT ASSEMBLY RH (w/ Daytime Running Light)

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

  11. REMOVE FOG LIGHT ASSEMBLY LH


    1. A0043VI

      Disconnect the connector.

    2. Remove the screw.

    3. Disengage the 2 guides and remove the fog light assembly.

  12. REMOVE FOG LIGHT ASSEMBLY RH

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

  13. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER EXTENSION MOUNTING BRACKET

      Remove the 2 screws.

    2. Disengage the 2 claws and remove the front bumper extension mounting bracket.

  14. REMOVE HOOD TO FRONT END PANEL SEAL

      Remove the clip.

    2. Disengage the 2 clips and remove the hood to front end panel seal.

  15. REMOVE ENGINE ROOM NO. 3 WIRE

      Disengage the 9 clamps and remove the engine room No. 3 wire.

  16. REMOVE HEADLIGHT CLEANER HOSE (w/ Headlight Cleaner System)

      Disengage the 8 clamps and remove the headlight cleaner hose.

  17. REMOVE RADIATOR GRILLE


    1. A0042HK

      Remove the 4 clips.

    2. A00424F

      Disengage the 12 claws and remove the radiator grille.

  18. REMOVE RADIATOR GRILLE EMBLEM ASSEMBLY


    1. A00400U

      Remove the 2 screws.

    2. Disengage the 4 claws and 2 pins, and remove the radiator grille emblem assembly.

  19. REMOVE FRONT FENDER LINER RETAINER

      Disengage the claw and remove the front fender liner retainer.

      Tech Tips

      Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

  20. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER LH

      Disengage the 3 claws.

    2. Disengage the hook and remove the front bumper hole cover LH.

  21. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER RH

  22. REMOVE NO. 2 LOWER RADIATOR GRILLE

      Remove the 2 screws.

    2. A0043O1

      Disengage the 5 claws and pin, and remove the No. 2 lower radiator grille.

  23. REMOVE NO. 1 LOWER RADIATOR GRILLE

      Remove the 2 outside moulding retainers.

    2. Disengage the 20 claws and remove the No. 1 lower radiator grille.

  24. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER SEAL

      Remove the front bumper seal.

  25. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER ENERGY ABSORBER

      Disengage the 4 guides and remove the front bumper energy absorber.

  26. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER REINFORCEMENT SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Disengage the 5 clamps.

    2. Remove the 6 bolts.

    3. Disengage the claw and remove the front bumper reinforcement sub-assembly.

  27. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER SIDE SUPPORT LH

      Remove the bolt and screw.

    2. Disengage the 2 claws and remove the front bumper side support LH.

  28. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER SIDE SUPPORT RH

  29. REMOVE FRONT SIDE MEMBER BRACKET SUB-ASSEMBLY LH

    2. Disengage the guide and remove the front side member bracket sub-assembly LH.
