Apply Primer G to the installation part of a new No. 2 back door glass spacer.

If primer is applied to an area that is not specified, wipe off the primer with a non-residue solvent before it dries.

Apply Primer G to the installation part of a new No . 2 back window lower moulding.

Using a brush, coat the installation surface on the vehicle body with Primer M.

Using a brush or a sponge, coat the application area of the adhesive with Primer G.

Load the sealer gun with the cartridge.
Apply adhesive to the back window fix glass as shown in the illustration.

Install the back window fix glass.
Using suction cups, engage the 2 clips to install the back window fix glass.
Note
Check that the clips are attached to the vehicle body correctly.
Check the clearance between the vehicle body and back window fix glass.
Lightly press the front surface of the back window fix glass to ensure that the back window fix glass is securely fit to the vehicle body.
Tech Tips
Press the back window fix glass with a force of 98 N (10 kgf, 22 lbf) or more.
Using a scraper, remove any excess or protruding adhesive.
Tech Tips
Apply adhesive onto the glass rim.
Hold the back window fix glass using protective tape until applied adhesive becomes hard.
Note
Do not drive the vehicle within the time described in the table below.

INSPECT FOR LEAK AND REPAIR
After the adhesive has hardened, apply water from the outside of the vehicle. Check that no water leaks into the cabin.
If water leaks into the cabin, allow the water to dry and add adhesive.
Remove the protective tape.

Engage the 2 clips to install the rear spoiler assembly.
Install the 5 nuts.
Connect the connector.
INSTALL BACK DOOR TRIM BOARD
Engage the 5 clips and 2 guides to install the back door trim board.
INSTALL BACK DOOR TRIM BOARD ASSEMBLY
Engage the 11 clips and 2 claws to install the back door panel trim assembly.
INSTALL BACK DOOR SIDE GARNISH LH
Engage the 3 clips and 2 claws to install the back door side garnish LH.
INSTALL BACK DOOR SIDE GARNISH RH
Engage the 3 clips and 2 claws to install the back door side garnish RH.
INSTALL UPPER BACK DOOR TRIM PANEL ASSEMBLY
Engage the 4 clips and 4 claws to install the upper back door trim panel assembly.
