REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY REASSEMBLY


  1. INSTALL BENCH TYPE REAR SEAT CUSHION COVER


    1. Temporarily install the bench type rear seat cushion cover to the bench type rear seat cushion pad.

    2. Using hog ring pliers, install the bench type rear seat cushion cover to the bench type rear seat cushion pad with 14 new hog rings.

      • Be careful not to damage the cover.

      • When installing the hog rings, take care to minimize wrinkles as much as possible.

    3. Using hog ring pliers, install the 30 new hog rings.

  2. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION SIDE COVER LH


    1. A0041JH

      Engage the 2 guides.

    2. Install the rear seat cushion side cover LH with the 2 screws.

  3. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK LOCK ASSEMBLY LH


    1. A0042C2

      Install the rear seatback lock assembly LH to the rear seatback frame sub-assembly LH with the 2 bolts.

      Torque:
      30 N*m  { 306 kgf*cm, 22 ft.*lbf }

  4. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK LOCK RELEASE BUTTON LH


    1. A00448H

      Turn the rear seatback lock release button LH in the direction indicated by the arrow to install it.

  5. INSTALL SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEATBACK COVER LH


    1. Temporarily install the separate type rear seatback cover LH to the separate type rear seatback pad LH.

    2. A00425G

      Using hog ring pliers, install the separate type rear seatback cover LH to the separate type rear seatback pad LH with 9 new hog rings.

      Note


      • Be careful not to damage the cover.

      • When installing the hog rings, take care to minimize wrinkles as much as possible.

  6. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD LH


    1. Temporarily install the rear seatback cover with pad LH to the rear seatback frame sub-assembly LH.

      Engage the 4 claws to install the 2 rear seat headrest supports.

      Using hog ring pliers, install 13 new hog rings.

      Note


      • Be careful not to damage the cover.

      • When installing the hog rings, take care to minimize wrinkles as much as possible.

      Engage the 6 clips.

    5. Install the 2 clips.

  7. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK STOP BUTTON GROMMET (for LH Side)

      Engage the 3 claws to install the rear seatback stop button grommet.

  8. INSTALL REAR SEAT SHOULDER BELT GUIDE LH


    1. A0040X9

      Engage the guide.

    2. Install the rear seat shoulder belt guide LH with the 2 screws.

  9. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK COVER LH


    1. A0043LC

      Engage the 4 claws to install the rear seatback cover LH.

  10. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK LOCK ASSEMBLY RH


    1. A0042XS

      Install the rear seatback lock assembly RH to the rear seatback sub-assembly RH with the 2 bolts.

      Torque:
      30 N*m  { 306 kgf*cm, 22 ft.*lbf }

  11. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK LOCK RELEASE BUTTON RH


    1. A0040RL

      Turn the rear seatback lock release button RH in the direction indicated by the arrow to install it.

  12. INSTALL REAR CENTER SEAT BELT ASSEMBLY

      Install the rear center seat belt assembly with the nut.

      Torque:
      42 N*m  { 428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf }

      Note

      Do not allow the rear center seat belt assembly to overlap the protruding part of the rear seat back frame.

  13. INSTALL SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEATBACK COVER RH


    1. Temporarily install the separate type rear seatback cover RH to the separate type rear seatback pad RH.

      Using hog ring pliers, install the separate type rear seatback cover RH to the separate type rear seatback pad RH with 9 new hog rings.

      Note


      • Be careful not to damage the cover.

      • When installing the hog rings, take care to minimize wrinkles as much as possible.

      Using hog ring pliers, install 7 new hog rings.

      • Be careful not to damage the cover.

      • When installing the hog rings, take care to minimize wrinkles as much as possible.

  14. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD RH


    1. Temporarily install the rear seatback cover with pad RH to the rear seatback frame sub-assembly RH.

      Engage the 4 claws to install the 2 rear seat headrest supports.

      Engage the 4 claws to install the 2 rear seat center headrest supports.

    4. A003ZXU

      Using hog ring pliers, install 16 new hog rings.

      Note


      • Be careful not to damage the cover.

      • When installing the hog rings, take care to minimize wrinkles as much as possible.

      Engage the 6 clips.

    6. Install the 3 clips.

  15. INSTALL REAR SEAT SHOULDER BELT COVER

      Engage the 4 claws to install the rear seat shoulder belt cover as shown in the illustration.

  16. INSTALL SEAT BELT ANCHOR COVER CAP

      Engage the 2 claws to install the seat belt anchor cover cap.

  17. INSTALL REAR SEAT CENTER ARMREST ASSEMBLY

      Install the bush.

      Engage the guide to install the rear center seat armrest assembly.

    3. Install the bolt and bush.

  18. INSTALL CENTER ARMREST HINGE COVER

      Engage the claw to install the center armrest hinge cover as shown in the illustration.

  19. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK STOP BUTTON GROMMET (for RH Side)
