REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY DISASSEMBLY


  1. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK COVER LH

      Disengage the 4 claws and remove the rear seatback cover LH.

  2. REMOVE REAR SEAT SHOULDER BELT GUIDE LH

      Remove the 2 screws.

    2. Disengage the guide and remove the rear seat shoulder belt guide LH.

  3. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK STOP BUTTON GROMMET (for LH Side)

      Disengage the 3 claws and remove the rear seatback stop button grommet.

  4. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD LH

      Using a clip remover, remove the 2 clips.

    2. Disengage the 6 clips.

      Remove the 13 hog rings.

    4. A00445C

      Disengage the 4 claws and remove the 2 rear seat headrest supports.

    5. Remove the rear seatback cover with pad LH from the rear seatback frame sub-assembly LH.

  5. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEATBACK COVER LH

      Remove the 9 hog rings and remove the separate type rear seatback cover LH from the separate type rear seatback pad LH.

  6. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK LOCK RELEASE BUTTON LH


    1. A004073

      Turn the rear seatback lock release button LH in the direction indicated by arrow to remove it.

  7. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK LOCK ASSEMBLY LH

      Remove the 2 bolts and rear seatback lock assembly LH.

  8. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK CENTER COVER (for RHD)

      Disengage the 4 claws and remove the rear seatback center cover.

  9. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK COVER RH

      Disengage the 4 claws and remove the rear seatback cover RH.

  10. REMOVE REAR SEAT SHOULDER BELT GUIDE RH

      Remove the 2 screws.

    2. Disengage the guide and remove the rear seat shoulder belt guide RH.

  11. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK STOP BUTTON GROMMET (for RH Side)

      Disengage the 3 claws and remove the rear seatback stop button grommet.

  12. REMOVE CENTER ARMREST HINGE COVER

      *1 Protective Tape

      Using a screwdriver with its tip wrapped with protective tape, disengage the claw and remove the center armrest hinge cover as shown in the illustration.

  13. REMOVE REAR SEAT CENTER ARMREST ASSEMBLY

      Remove the bolt and bush.

    2. Disengage the guide and remove the rear center seat armrest assembly.

      Remove the bush.

  14. REMOVE SEAT BELT ANCHOR COVER CAP

      Disengage the 2 claws and remove the seat belt anchor cover cap.

  15. REMOVE REAR SEAT SHOULDER BELT COVER

      Disengage the 4 claws and remove the rear seat shoulder belt cover as shown in the illustration.

  16. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD RH

      Using a clip remover, remove the 3 clips.

    2. Disengage the 6 claws.

      Remove the 16 hog rings.

      Disengage the 4 claws and remove the 2 rear seat center headrest supports.

      Disengage the 4 claws and remove the 2 rear seat headrest supports.

    6. Remove the rear seatback cover with pad RH from the rear seatback frame sub-assembly RH.

  17. REMOVE REAR CENTER SEAT BELT ASSEMBLY

      Remove the nut and rear center seat belt assembly.

  18. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEATBACK COVER RH


    1. A0043B8

      Remove the 7 hog rings.

    2. A004404

      Remove the 9 hog rings and remove the separate type rear seatback cover RH from the separate type rear seatback pad RH.

  19. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK LOCK RELEASE BUTTON RH

      Turn the rear seatback lock release button RH in the direction indicated by arrow to remove it.

  20. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK LOCK ASSEMBLY RH

      Remove the 2 bolts and rear seatback lock assembly RH from the rear seatback frame subassembly RH.

  21. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION SIDE COVER LH

      Remove the 2 screws.

    2. Disengage the 2 guides and remove the rear seat cushion side cover LH.

  22. REMOVE BENCH TYPE REAR SEAT CUSHION COVER


    1. Remove the 30 hog rings.

    2. Remove the 14 hog rings and the bench type rear seat cushion cover from the bench type rear seat cushion pad.
