AUXILIARY BATTERY INSTALLATION


  1. INSTALL AUXILIARY BATTERY


    1. Install the auxiliary battery.

    2. Connect the battery ventilation hose to the battery without kinking it.

      Tech Tips

      Push in the battery ventilation hose to the battery until a click sound is heard.

    3. Install the battery clamp with the bolt and nut.

      Torque:
      Nut
      5.4 N*m  { 55 kgf*cm, 48 in.*lbf }
      Bolt
      5.4 N*m  { 55 kgf*cm, 48 in.*lbf }

    4. Install the auxiliary battery thermometer sensor connector

    5. A0041FQE02

      Connect the positive (+) auxiliary battery terminal with the nut.

      Torque:
      5.4 N*m  { 55 kgf*cm, 48 in.*lbf }

    6. Install the auxiliary battery terminal cap.

  2. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE AUXILIARY BATTERY TERMINAL

    Note

    When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected Click here.

  3. INSTALL REAR NO. 3 FLOOR BOARD UPPER PLATE


    1. Engage the 2 claws to install the rear No. 3 floor board upper plate.

  4. INSTALL DECK FLOOR BOX RH


    1. Install the deck floor box RH Click here.

    2. Install the rear No. 2 floor board.

  5. INSTALL REAR NO. 3 FLOOR BOARD


    1. Install the rear No. 3 floor board.
