INTEGRATION RELAY REMOVAL


  1. PRECAUTION

    Note

    After turning the power switch off, waiting time may be required before disconnecting the cable from the auxiliary battery negative (-) terminal. Therefore, make sure to read the disconnecting the cable from the auxiliary battery negative (-) terminal notices before proceeding with work Click here.

  2. REMOVE REAR NO. 3 FLOOR BOARD


    1. Remove the rear No. 3 floor board.

  3. REMOVE DECK FLOOR BOX RH


    1. Fold back the rear No. 2 floor board.

    2. Remove the deck floor box RH Click here.

  4. REMOVE REAR NO. 3 FLOOR BOARD UPPER PLATE

      Disengage the 2 claws and remove the rear No. 3 floor board upper plate.

  5. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE AUXILIARY BATTERY TERMINAL

    Note

    When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected Click here.

  6. REMOVE NO. 1 RELAY BLOCK COVER

      Disengage the 3 claws and remove the No. 1 relay block cover.

  7. REMOVE NO. 1 INTEGRATION RELAY

      Disengage the 2 claws and pull up the No. 1 integration relay as shown in the illustration.

    2. A0043O7

      Disconnect the 3 connectors and remove the No. 1 integration relay.
