PLUG-IN CHARGE CONTROL ECU INSTALLATION


  1. INSTALL PLUGIN CHARGE CONTROL ECU ASSEMBLY

    CAUTION:

    Wear insulated gloves.


    1. Install the plugin charge control ECU assembly with the 2 nuts.

      Torque:
      5.5 N*m  { 56 kgf*cm, 49 in.*lbf }

    2. Connect the 2 connectors.

  2. INSTALL HYBRID BATTERY HOSE ASSEMBLY

      Install the hybrid battery hose assembly with the claw and grommet.

      Note

      Make sure that there is no space or a gap between the grommet and the body.

    2. Connect the clip.

  3. INSTALL BATTERY COOLING BLOWER ASSEMBLY (for RH Side)

    Note


    • Be sure not to touch the fan part of the battery cooling blower assembly.

    • Do not lift the battery cooling blower assembly using the wire harness.


    1. When replacing the battery cooling blower assembly (for RH side) with a new one:


      1. A00414D

        Connect the clamp to the battery cooling blower assembly (for RH side).

    2. Install the battery cooling blower assembly with the 3 nuts.

      Torque:
      7.5 N*m  { 76 kgf*cm, 66 in.*lbf }

    3. Connect the connector and clamp.

  4. INSTALL BATTERY COOLING BLOWER ASSEMBLY (for LH Side)

    Note


    • Be sure not to touch the fan part of the battery cooling blower assembly.

    • Do not lift the battery cooling blower assembly using the wire harness.


    1. When replacing the battery cooling blower assembly (for LH side) with a new one:


      1. A00414I

        Connect the clamp to the battery cooling blower assembly (for LH side).

    2. Install the battery cooling blower assembly with the 3 nuts.

      Torque:
      7.5 N*m  { 76 kgf*cm, 66 in.*lbf }

    3. Connect the connector and clamp.

  5. INSTALL REAR DECK TRIM COVER


    1. Engage the 4 claws to install the rear deck trim cover.

  6. INSTALL DECK TRIM SERVICE HOLE COVER


    1. Engage the 4 guides.

    2. Engage the 4 claws to install the deck trim service hole cover.

  7. INSTALL DECK FLOOR BOX LH

  8. INSTALL REAR NO. 4 FLOOR BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. Install the rear No. 4 floor board sub-assembly.

  9. INSTALL REAR NO. 2 FLOOR BOARD


    1. Engage the 3 fasteners.

    2. Install the rear No. 2 floor board with the 2 clips.

  10. INSTALL SERVICE PLUG GRIP
