INSPECTION PROCEDURE

PROCEDURE


  1. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (RADIO AND DISPLAY RECEIVER ASSEMBLY - EXTENSION MODULE)


    1. Disconnect the z31 radio and display receiver assembly connector.

    2. Disconnect the z29 extension module connector.

    3. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      z31-12 (V-R) - z29-7 (V-R) Always Below 1 Ω
      z31-11 (V-G) - z29-23 (V-G) Always Below 1 Ω
      z31-10 (V-B) - z29-6 (V-B) Always Below 1 Ω
      z31-7 (HSYN) - z29-22 (HSYN) Always Below 1 Ω
      z31-6 (VSYN) - z29-5 (VSYN) Always Below 1 Ω
      z31-9 (VSHD) - z29-21 (VSHD) Always Below 1 Ω
      z31-8 (AGND) - z29-20 (AGND) Always Below 1 Ω
      z31-12 (V-R) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher
      z31-11 (V-G) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher
      z31-10 (V-B) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher
      z31-7 (HSYN) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher
