ROOF HEADLINING INSTALLATION


  1. INSTALL REAR NO. 3 SIDE RAIL SPACER LH


    1. Attach the 3 claws to install the rear No. 3 side rail spacer.

  2. INSTALL REAR NO. 3 SIDE RAIL SPACER RH

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

  3. INSTALL REAR NO. 2 SIDE RAIL SPACER LH

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure for all No. 2 side rail spacers.


    1. Attach the 2 claws to install the rear No. 2 side rail spacer.

  5. INSTALL SIDE RAIL SPACER


    1. Attach the 2 claws to install the side rail spacer.

  8. INSTALL ROOF HEADLINING ASSEMBLY

    1. Place the roof headlining into the vehicle as shown in the illustration.

      Note

      Be careful not to damage the roof headlining when placing it.

    2. Attach the 5 fasteners to install the roof headlining.

    3. Install the 7 clips.

    4. Connect the connectors and attach the 4 clamps.

    5. Attach the 4 clamps to the front pillar.

  9. INSTALL DEFROSTER NOZZLE ASSEMBLY


    1. Attach the 4 clips to install the defroster nozzle assembly.

  10. INSTALL NO. 3 HEATER TO REGISTER DUCT


    1. Attach the 4 claws to install the No. 3 heater to register duct.

    2. Install the clip.

  11. INSTALL NO. 1 HEATER TO REGISTER DUCT


    1. Attach the 3 claws to install the No. 1 heater to register duct.

    2. Install the clip.

  12. INSTALL NO. 2 HEATER TO REGISTER DUCT


    1. Install the No. 2 heater to register duct with the 3 clips.

  13. INSTALL LOWER INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. Attach the 3 guides, 2 claws and 3 clips to install the lower instrument panel finish panel.

    1. Install the assist grip with the 2 screws.

    1. Connect the connector.

    2. Attach the 2 guides and claw.

    3. Install the 2 screws to install the map light assembly.

  23. INSTALL INNER UPPER ROOF SIDE GARNISH LH


    1. Attach the clip to install the inner upper roof side garnish.

    2. Install the clip.

    3. Connect the rear No. 2 seat belt shoulder anchor with the bolt.

      Torque:
      42 N*m  { 428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf }

    4. Attach the 2 claws to close the rear No. 2 seat belt shoulder anchor cover.

  24. INSTALL INNER UPPER ROOF SIDE GARNISH RH

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

  25. INSTALL QUARTER PILLAR GARNISH LH


    1. Attach the 9 clips to install the quarter pillar garnish.

    2. Connect the rear No. 1 seat belt shoulder anchor with the bolt.

      Torque:
      42 N*m  { 428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf }

    3. Attach the 2 claws to close the rear No. 1 seat belt shoulder anchor cover.

  26. INSTALL QUARTER PILLAR GARNISH RH

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

  27. INSTALL QUARTER INSIDE TRIM BOARD LH


    1. Connect the power point socket connector.

    2. Detach the 7 claws and 10 clips to install the quarter inside trim board.

    3. Install the clip.

    4. Connect the rear No. 2 seat outer belt floor anchor with the bolt.

      Torque:
      42 N*m  { 428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf }

    5. Connect the rear No. 1 seat outer belt floor anchor with the bolt.

      Torque:
      42 N*m  { 428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf }

    6. Attach the 2 claws to install the outer lap belt anchor cover.

      Tech Tips

      Use the same procedure for both outer lap belt anchor covers.

  28. INSTALL QUARTER INSIDE TRIM BOARD RH


    1. Detach the 8 claws and 10 clips to install the quarter inside trim board.

    2. Install the clip.

    3. Connect the rear No. 2 seat outer belt floor anchor with the bolt.

      Torque:
      42 N*m  { 428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf }

    4. Connect the rear No. 1 seat outer belt floor anchor with the bolt.

      Torque:
      42 N*m  { 428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf }

    5. Attach the 2 claws to install the outer lap belt anchor cover.

      Tech Tips

      Use the same procedure for both outer lap belt anchor covers.

  29. INSTALL QUARTER TRIM HOOK

    Use the same procedure for both quarter trim hooks.


    1. Install the quarter trim hook with the screw.

  30. INSTALL BACK DOOR SCUFF PLATE


    1. Attach the 4 claws, 2 guides and 6 clips to install the back door scuff plate.

  31. INSTALL CENTER PILLAR GARNISH LH


    1. Attach the guide and clip to install the center pillar garnish.

    2. Connect the front seat belt shoulder anchor with the bolt.

      Torque:
      42 N*m  { 428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf }

    3. Attach the 4 claws to install the front seat belt shoulder anchor cover.
